If I could give zero stars I would do it in a heartbeat This place is the last I would recommend to anyone! I went there the first time to get my pedicure and manicure done the beginning of 2017. The guy who served me was very rude and seemed in a rush and was very unhappy that he had to stay a couple minutes longer to finish my manicure. But the worst thing was that he had cut me on both my fingers and my toes I walked out paid and was not going to leave a comment on yelp. I gave them a second chance 2 weeks ago! Note I made a appointment had to wait about a hour. They soaked my feet for ever. The lady was was very nice. I was not very pleased with the service though. First of all I told her not to cut the side of my toenails bc I get ingrown toenails really easy. I guess she didn't understand me and before I even realized she cut the whole side of my toenails out (Instant pain) it has happened I was pretty upset but I didn't say anything. The paint job was not good at all! After about a days after I got my pedicure done there my toe hurt so bad and puss started coming out of it. To get to my last point which upset me the most, I took the polish of yesterday and I was absolutely shocked i have nail fungus ( never in my life have I had nail fungus) I will never ever go there again and I do not recommend this salon to anyone! read more

Lady literally took my eyebrows off and now I'm stuck with thin ass eyebrows. I just wanted a cleanup cuz I grow a unibrow and my eyebrows get a little bushy sometimes, but the lady went ahead and waxed way more than I wanted. It was a horror.... I called ahead and asked if I would be able to get in, she said come at 4pm. I walked in at exactly 4pm and she rudely told me that said she told me 4....Any-who, she said it'll only be a short wait. So I waited 30min before she got me into a chair. She turned the water on & I notified her the water was hot and she said it'll be okay and walked away. I waited another 45min for some one to actually start my pedicure. While I was waiting she heated BOILING water in a pot and poured it into the bowl my feet were in. When I yanked my feet out she said "it's fine I touched it with my hand first". I informed her that it was WAY to hot and asked if she could drain it & she told me to just wait for it to cool down. When the man started my pedicure he asked me if I wanted my nails clipped, I said no. He clipped them. Then started to file and filed my nails as far as he could to the quick, which of course was painful. When he was trimming my cuticles he cut me numerous times and then sprayed alcohol directly on the cuts numerous times to "stop" the bleeding. Which was obviously painful. He then started to do the salt scrub. He kept pushing my leggings up and I informed him them wouldn't go further and not to push them up bc it 1. Hurt & 2. I didn't want my leggings to be stretched out. I don't think he liked that answer because he then put salt scrub on my leggings and when washing my legs off was splashing water all the way up my leggings. He then started to paint and literally got it all over my toes. Not to mention this whole process I waited over an hour for, took 15min. Overall, this was the worst place I have EVER gotten a BASIC pedicure at and wouldn't spend $1 of my money or 1min of my time here. read more

I was told I could do it and I'm sorry your newer employee is learning how to do pedis, very very unacceptable . Never will I come back again nor recommend this place. Who ever the lady is that I believe is in charge, might want to learn not to talk crap or down talk her employees in front of everyone. Also 15 a piece for gel on toes then you want additional 15 for fingers? No . That's crazy it's not organic polish and we are not in Cali. I came in as a walk-in after work and being rejected from another salon since it was after 4pm and I didn't have an appointment. VIP was welcoming and doted over me offering me a drink, return coupon and a pillow for my chair in case the massage was not enough. I showed two of the staff a photo from Pinterest but they did not have the white paint. They offered to do a 3D design instead. I had never heard of this so they proceeded to show me a few samples. I chose one and the design I got exceeded my expectations. It also has lasted almost three weeks and still going strong with out any sign of wearing down or chipping. This place is a hot mess. My first impression was not a good one. I should have listened to my gut. First, there were way too many flies roaming around. Secondly, there was a child cleaning the pedi chairs and bowls. I know how my kids clean, and I'm thinking to myself this can't be very clean! Also, employees were arguing over the money they were making. One girl was upset because she started on my pedicure and had to finish a nail set on someone else. She didn't feel like she should split the money with the guy that finished my pedi. Another thing, the owner/manager (not sure which one) asked the guy beside me if he cared that his employee went to smoke before she started his pedi. There was another employee I heard say to her boss, "I didn't ask you, I told you." The whole experience was uncomfortable. I picked the basic pedi because I wanted out of there! read more

I've been here once and that was it for me. Went and got a full set there, it was surprisingly empty that day so many seats were open. When sat down the lady started working on my cuticles. I don't think she knew what she was doing because multiple times I had to flinch away because she was cutting into my skin. So keep that in mind when I was starting to get my nails done. They put a solution on before setting down the acrylic part. That on top of open wounds was burning my fingers. I wanted to coffin shape nails. They're supposed to be straight cut from what I know but mine were super round and chunky not mention when filing down to make it " straight " she filed into my finger. I honestly felt like she was taking anger out on my fingers. Anyhow unless you have a high pain tolerance this might be the place for you but would definitely not be going back. read more

I came to this salon called 4.5 hours early to make my appointment for 4:30 and he said he can get me right in at 4 but not 4:30 so we walked in say like 3:45 to give us some time to look at colors and here we are 4:45 and still have yet to be hardly even spoken to just as so much as them arguing with me when I walked in about how I didn't really have an appointment. Finally get sat down and another lady has been sitting her feet in cold water for the last 30 mins waiting for service. Never again will I ever come here nor suggest anyone to do so. read more

It looks as if they "sterilize" the instruments but never tape the too shut so what good does that do.....how do I know that I don't get someone's nail fungus ....... service was not good at all , paying $30 for something I extra little more . I don't even know where to start. Sandy told me it was going to be a 20 min wait for 3 people. I think she's the one in charge in the salon. While she was doing my nails, she was helping another person next to me going back and forth trying to multitask which is unprofessional! I'd rather wait for my turn instead of doing each nail at a time and helping another customer. While she was doing my nails, she helped the person after us instead of one of us, so we ended up waiting there for 2 hours and only two out of the three was helped. After she was done with my nails, she ended up putting this wax thing for my hands. She didn't explain it at all what it was for and didn't roll up my sleeves and I ended up having wax all over. She also did my sisters eyebrows and I noticed that every time she was doing it she keeps stepping out of the door to see who keeps coming in at the salon. This woman can't focus on one thing and ended up leaving the wax too long on my sisters eyebrows and now my sister has a bad reaction. Worst customer service I've experienced in my life. I'm very disappointed that with the pandemic going on this salon chooses profit over safety! They had signs posted everywhere 'Wear a mask' yet I see a group of young women giggling without. I hate wearing the damn thing as much as the next woman, but I would think the Mgr. would simply turn them away and keep the others in the salon safe. But NO, and even a woman with a child who did have a mask on sat without her face covered. This is ridiculous. I had to wear a mask the entire time for the safety of others, get with it!! Worst Nail Salon ever!!! Extremely poor service. I went in to get my manicure and eyebrow done a total cost of $40. I used my debit card for the purchase and they debited my card twice. They charged me $80. Now mistakes do happen and I understand that if could have been a honest mistake but what happens next. Prior to arriving I called the Female owner to informed her of their mistake. She replied by saying to come in the office and showed her prove that they charged me twice and I did just that. When I showed up I tried to show her and she was so rude cut me off and told me to call my bank. Of course I wasn't going to do that, my next step was to informed the St. Robert Police Department. The shop is clean and the employees are courteous and professional, but the woman who owns the shop is very rude. She is only friendly with some customers. Otherwise, she won't acknowledge you, even while she is doing your nails!! Also, she is often rough as she delivers services. By the way, I am a regular customer who tips well. Her husband Kenny on the other hand, is professional, funny, and does a good job with acrylic nails. If it weren't for him, I would never spend my money there. read more

I came here for a mani-pedi and they put me in a chair immediately. I was grateful for that because I saw quite a few people inside and thought it may take a while. Boy was I way off because after I sat down and put my feet in very HOT water I waited an hour for a pedicure and canceled both the mani-pedi. Horrible!!! They lied about how much it would be to remove the acrylics they did for me. The nails fell off and they chopped my real nails off unevenly then didn't fix them. They charged me for a screwed up job and told me not to come back when I expressed that I wasn't happy about them screwing them up. Never going back!!! read more

It's so nice to have such a great place in such a small town to get a manicure and pedicure! The salon was clean, the staff was friendly. A little more expensive than other salons for gel manicure, but they did a nice job. This place is so on the high! They think that they are the only place in St Robert to do nails! They totally disappointed me today, I went here after church to get may nails done, when I walked in, they asked can we help you, I looked around and noticed that there were a lot of teenagers and one of them available. They told me to pick a color and as I sat, one of the teenager comes to do my feet, they girl was very slow to doing my feet and didn't seem confident. Another lady and her little girl walked in and the person that looked like them, was told to do the white lady's feet and the teenager was told to do the kids feet, I was wondering why, the lady that looked like them was not told to do my feet, instead she was told to do the whited lady's feet. I get so tired of getting service by the color of my skin, why am I not just as important as the white person next to me. Even this place is like all the rest!
