I went in for an eyebrow wax and left after all these red flags. 1. The red couch they have you sit on while you wait for your turn looks like it hasn't been vacuumed since they purchased it. 2. They told me to go to what they call their eyebrow waxing room, which is located at the end of the building, 1st door on the right. I was highly hesitant to walk in that room since there were 2 little boys of about 5-8 years old. So, I thought I was in the wrong room. I proceeded to walk past the room, where they had a cluster of junk in the back. 2nd room on the right was their restroom, and the 3rd room on the left was their laundry room, both equally disgusting. A lady pointed me to the 1st room, telling me to walk in. An elderly man walked out as I was being told to walk in. Once I walked in, they closed the door behind me. Leaving me in this room to wait alone with the 2 boys. The room is not that big, 8x10, and the boys were on a small couch playing on their tablets. I felt super uncomfortable, and just being in there, I saw even more disgusting equipment. 3. Their wax equipment was not clean and had hair all over it. Their trimming scissors were also dirty. The tweezers still had a strain of hair. 4. Their wax table had a towel as a cover, and the paper cover was used. I can not believe how they just closed me in a room with the boys, not even knowing who I was. Seeing all these issues, I immediately walked out of the room and left this disgusting place. If you come here for routine nail or eyebrow service, I truly advise you to reevaluate your life. This is beyond disgusting. I wish I could rate this place a 0!!!

Their pricing is not only overpriced but also wildly inconsistent. They advertise one rate, but depending on the technician's mood or who they're servicing, the price can fluctuate by anywhere from $5 to $40 for the exact same service--from day to day and from person to person. In one instance, when I respectfully questioned the quality of the service I was receiving--especially given the high cost--the technician abruptly stood up and yelled, "Get someone else to do them." Sadly, this wasn't an isolated event. I've witnessed similar unprofessional behavior from staff at LV Nails toward other patrons who dared to question the service. That level of disrespect is absolutely unacceptable. It's clear this business sees its patrons--including our military community--not as valued customers, but as easy sources of profit. Their actions reflect a focus on money over integrity, exploiting both Soldiers and civilians without regard. This business has certainly changed for the worse. It's disheartening that such a place is allowed to operate in our community, treating people with blatant disregard and disrespect. We deserve better.
