At his age, he is very sensitive and has some of the little quirks and challenges that come with being a senior dog. Grooming can be stressful for him, so I was a little nervous about how he would do with someone new. Gennifer was absolutely wonderful with him. She was so patient, gentle, and understanding of his needs. She even used a sling to support him so that his little legs and body wouldn't become tired from having to stand for too long. She took her time with him and never made me feel like his age or sensitivities were an inconvenience. What touched me most was the way she handled Noah with genuine kindness and compassion. She seemed to understand that he isn't just an appointment--he's my beloved senior boy who deserves to be treated with patience, dignity, and care. I know grooming can be challenging on its own, and I can only imagine that working with senior dogs adds another level of patience and care. Gennifer handled Noah's individual needs so beautifully, and I could tell that his comfort was important to her. As a dog mom, there is nothing more reassuring than finding someone you can truly trust with a beloved pet, especially when they are getting older. When I questioned it, he said, as long as they come monthly, the price will stay the same. If you miss, the price may go up. More? Really? I was better off going to Petco.
