I decided to replace my windshield at the same time as there were two cracks in it and I hadn't had to replace it yet in the six years I've had the vehicle (almost unheard of in Calgary). They were very friendly, did delivery/pick-up from the LRT station and did a great job. When I asked them to either fix the chip properly or refund my money, they rudely refused to do either. I even suggested I would have the chip repaired at another glass company and return to request a refund if they managed to fix it. However, the branch manager, who appeared to be Russian, denied my request outright. This company is completely unprofessional, extremely rude, and a total waste of time and money. They didn't fix my glass, and their customer service is appalling. Avoid this company.
