I have only good things to say about Andrea and her team! I have been with them for over 4 years. They have always taken great care of my boxer boy Logan. He's gotten older and now has to go out more often for potty breaks. They were able to do two daily walks for him, and now that he's on medications that made the peeing more frequent, he goes to day care with them instead. Andrea even got a ramp for their vehicle since my boy can't jump easily anymore. She's always been very flexible with scheduling, which is great for someone like me who doesn't have a fixed weekly work schedule. I highly recommend her and the team. VIP Canine is not the first dog walking service my husband and I used in the area for our French Bulldog puppy, but we are SO UNBELIEVABLY THANKFUL that we found them! We were using a company 2x/day that declined significantly in the service they initially provided and it ended up becoming stressful every morning to leave our new puppy with them. We also crate train him, so the fact that he was still having accidents in his crate after 6 months using them was alarming - we knew it was time to move on. We interviewed a lot of local companies and none of them measured up to what VIP Canine had to offer, by a long shot. We had a wonderful initial meeting with Andrea who explained their services, what our options were, what we could expect from them, she gave us some tips and we got to see her interact with our puppy. We could tell from the first time we talked to her how passionate she is about her business and animals and on top of that, how genuinely knowledgable she is. Andrea and her team began walking our puppy when he was about 9 months old. We keep a notebook where we note what he did while he was with us and they leave us time stamped notes detailing the events of their walk (ie: if he walked with any of his friends, got exercise, if they notice something might be off, etc.). It's become a comfort to know that we've found a company that we can trust every single morning we leave for work to take care of our little man. On top of that, when we're in a jam and we need an additional walk, Andrea is always willing to figure out a way to make it work. She's very responsive and I know that when our guy is in their care, he is getting the same treatment as if he were with us. I value communication in a working relationship, especially one as precious as this, and Andrea and her team excel in that area. An added bonus is that because of his dependable routine that they stick to every day, he hasn't had an accident in his crate (or even in our house) since we started working with them!! Bottom line is, Andrea and her VIP Canine team come second to none. They'll care for your pet as if it was their own and you can tell that they all enjoy what they do. We consider ourselves lucky to have found them when we did and we are looking forward to a long lasting relationship with them! We have used Andrea, John, and the VIP Canine team since we brought home our little pup. From the first day, Andrea was excellent. She went above and beyond to work with us on leash training, and teaching simple commands. There is clear communication with everyone on the team via daily notes. They also post pictures to their social media (with owners approval) to show what the dogs are up to during the day. Her dog walks are generally longer than the time we pay for, because she wants all the dogs to socialize and get enough exercise. They are flexible and help us cover late hours if we get stuck at work and won't be home until late. We also use them for grooming. They will pick up and drop off your dog if they are on their walking service and you would like them groomed. My puppy dog is my baby...and I don't trust him with everyone. But Andrea and her team - oh, its like a weight lifted. Sammy has had sleepovers, daily lunch walks and Andrea even clipped his nails once - they were just a little too long for me. I love the team and how much they care for Sammy, how they know him and his temperament (he's a spoiled poodle). I trust Andrea explicitly. She always makes sure there's fresh water and one of Sammy's treats when the walk is over. I know they both cuddle too - but I don't mind that at all. Andrea is constantly reachable - even when I'm at work I'll get a little text message with Sammy and a puppy friend walking during the afternoon.
