Having had a terrible experience with another vehicle wrap company in the Sacramento area, I called…read moreVisual Horizons and asked if they could correct some of the issues I had with the wrap on my motor home. They advised me to visit the next day and they'd look at it. When I visited one of the owners came out to look at my coach. He told me his wife would be right out to see my coach as she was in charge of wraps. In a few moments she came out and began checking the areas where some of the wrap had pulled loose and others that had bubbled. She fixed the first issue easily and went on the next, then the next, and 40 minutes later had them all fixed! It seemed to me that the amount I paid was simply a token charge, and I was very surprised. I left with the issues fixed and was very impressed by their friendliness and willingness to drop what they were doing to check my coach. I was also impressed by their neat and tidy facility which indicated to me that they were well organized and ran a tight ship. I wished I had known of them before I had the coach wrapped. I'm sure I would have been much better served having had them do the wrap to begin with!

I'm all about the "experience", and if I walk away with a smile, the 5 stars is theirs! Take for instance this awesome video studio. I was referred to Chuck by a photographer who'd mentioned he had worked with him on a wedding and that he was a riot! I looked at his work and immediately was impressed! Not sure how they got their studio name but imaginative they are! I spoke to Chuck on the phone and felt completely at ease and was ecstatic to find out that he was available (at such short notice), to film the wedding ceremony and a few pre and post ceremony clips. He showed up on time (even drove from Modesto which is super far from Oakley), dressed professionally and most importantly hustled like there was no tomorrow even helping the DJ move his sound gear closer to the ceremony. How nice was that??? All this to make me happy? Well maybe but I also know this guy is super professional and wanted to do a great job! What I also love about Chuck is that he has been in touch with me since then and is keeping me posted on the final reel.
