i spoke w/ Jenny - Owner of Synergetic Web Group in regards to a website that my partner and I were looking to have built. After speaking w/ her, she said that she would fax over a questionaire that would assist her in determining what we were exactrly after. So once my partner filled it out and faxed it off, we waited, and we waited. We waited and we continued to wait, until I suggested that I would make a last attempt to do business with SYNERGETIC, as we never received so much as a call from them. I finally reached Jenny the owner, and after asking who I was, she RIGHT AWAY told me that she meant to call me sometime that day, and that she was wonderin' why her FAX SERVICE hadn't forwarded her the questionaire. She never mentioned the FAX SERVICE by name, and quite honestly, have never heard of such a thing. After speaking w/ her for about an hour, I realized that she really didn't care about us and what we were attempting to accomplish. She was more interested in knowing if whether we had our designs ready for her to look at. She wanted to know what we intended to merchandise at the site, and I told her everything from linen to glamour swimwear fashion to designer umbrella's. This is when she offended us. She asked, " Are you goin' to jus' put your logo on an umbrella from China and then try to sell it? You just can't do that! It doesn't match the designs that you say you have. I told her that the artist that I represented would be lending her image and likeness to an existing brand and that the umbrella would be part of the merchandise made available for purchase at the site. She then tried to tell me that I would be eliminating the tablet users 'cause they're hardware wouldn't be able to download the [ F L A S H ] that I wanted installed as part of the experience visitors would have once at the site. Jenny at Synergetic Web Group was limited in her abilites, and so tryed to cookie cutter a website for me that she had already developed for another client. She had no vision, or passion. No creativity whatsoever. I really felt like she was mining my mind for intellectuality. I suggested that she sign an NDA to protect our intellectual property. I truly felt it would be necessary with this business and her owner. I never met or spoke to her business partner and writer. So I cannot speak to her integrity or intellect, but I will offer that Jenny has a slimey snootiness about her, that really rubs you the wrong way. I would say [ Chemically Abrasive ] at best.
