However, it is up to them to keep the 5 stars I give them by making sure they cross their t's and dot their i's. I'm all about the "experience", and if I walk away with a smile, the 5 stars is theirs! Take for instance this awesome video studio. I was referred to Chuck by a photographer who'd mentioned he had worked with him on a wedding and that he was a riot! I looked at his work and immediately was impressed! Not sure how they got their studio name but imaginative they are! I spoke to Chuck on the phone and felt completely at ease and was ecstatic to find out that he was available (at such short notice), to film the wedding ceremony and a few pre and post ceremony clips. He showed up on time (even drove from Modesto which is super far from Oakley), dressed professionally and most importantly hustled like there was no tomorrow even helping the DJ move his sound gear closer to the ceremony. How nice was that??? All this to make me happy? Well maybe but I also know this guy is super professional and wanted to do a great job! What I also love about Chuck is that he has been in touch with me since then and is keeping me posted on the final reel. I highly recommend Mindless Imagination....I felt I was in good hands before the wedding and feel like I'm being spoiled after the wedding.
