I was given a discounted rate, booked the appointment based on that rate, and only after my appointment was confirmed was I told that I could receive that price only by signing up for their paid membership program. Businesses shouldn't need to rely on misleading pricing practices to bring in customers.

I asked for a refund, they told me to FLY back here and try to reschedule. Which I did reluctantly. I moved to Colorado right after that procedure. I tried to reschedule when I was in town visiting my folks which was extremely difficult when it was cancelled by bio and then the rescheduled with the same provider that I asked not to see. So, I asked again for a refund since it is not reasonable for me to fly there and then have a cancellation and try to deal with flight delays. They agreed to send me a check and I gave them my address. That was over 2 months ago. I never received the refund check. I have called VIO three times since then and left a message for the manager with the receptionist and once on the machine. They DO NOT CALL ME BACK. I've been nothing but patient and kind and I don't appreciate being lied to. This is incredibly expensive procedure I do to minimize my melasma. But, it has to be done correctly. VIO is the only time I have had this done incorrectly and I have had MoXI at least 15 times at other places. You need to call me back and send the refund check. This is your last chance or I have to leave reviews like this and make a better business bureau complaint. Your choice. Do the right thing, Please return my call and send the check that was promised to me.

I'm giving Wendy Brown RN a 5 star rating, if I could, it should be 10 stars…read more I've had severe acne since high school, this persisted through my adult life. Back in the '70's, diet wasn't associated with skin maintenance. I came to Wendy possibly 3 years ago. Due to work constraints, I had to take a slower approach to my severe acne scars. If I had the choice looking back, I should have taken vacation time. Wendy had given me that option. Thanks to COVID, I have to now, wear a face mask, however my skin has looked so much clearer that I'm not worried about make-up covering up and filling in the scars that I had. At work, before COVID, colleges asked, "what am I doing?" If I have a regret, it's that I didn't go to her sooner to have the healthy glow my skin now has. Barb H
