We had to try and find a new CPO right as the 2023 season was kicking off, didn't even leave us time to find someone else. They demand payment upfront for maintenance repairs, before they've been completed. Truly peculiar business practices. Will add more this review later. I DO NOT recommend All Seasons Pool Service in Forsyth County, Georgia.

I found him to be honest and reliable. Kevin always gave me a fair price when it came to repairs. He would always provide me with a list of options for the repair. My wife found…read moreMilton Pools thru a Yelp search this morning and had a very positive discussion with John, who indicated he'd be out to our home by the following day. Later this afternoon, he called to ask if he could come by and, within an hour, he'd not only fixed our issue but he explained the mechanics of it and did some very inexpensive pre-emptive work to avoid future issues with a couple small gaskets. Thinking it was past time to change the sand in our filter, my wife had also asked him to come prepared to do that, as well. However, after checking our flow rate he told us he feels good that our sand doesn't yet need to be replaced - saving us $300, likely for another year or two. In short, John was friendly, helpful, prompt, dependable, very reasonably priced and honest. He took a stressful situation for us and turned it into an enjoyable service experience, and we have now found our permanent pool professional.

After purchasing our home, we learned that YammyPool had previously serviced the pool. We contacted…read morethem to inspect the system, configure it, and set up remote Wi-Fi controls. Despite multiple calls and emails, they were largely unresponsive. When we finally reached them, they agreed to a monthly maintenance plan. However, beyond superficial cleaning, they failed to resolve major issues. The pool loses water, makes strange noises, and the hot tub empties itself. They sent a cleaner who had no clue how to diagnose or explain the issue. On my second call, a manager named John promised a resolution but only offered vague updates. He also addressed me inappropriately, calling me "brother," then abruptly ended the call. In summary, YammyPool has ignored critical issues, provided no solutions, and continues to charge us while leaving the system malfunctioning. We expect a prompt, professional resolution or we will escalate further.
