Horrible experience. Rude workers and Trent was never around. I personally caught many mistakes and some were too late to correct. They ran over the septic tanks and broke them, would not pay for them to be taken out and new ones installed. Also ran over the GAS LINE with the big machinery and had to have the gas company come out. Then the big digging machine broke and they wanted us to pay to rent one for them. Never got a contract but kept promising one and conveniently kept forgetting it. Promised things but could not deliver. They were supposed to landscape and hard scape but could not come up with a plan so they left a muddy mess. Promised a fire pit, never got one. read more

We contracted with Sandals to build out our backyard to include; a new pool, extending the backyard an additional 20 feet, landscaping, building a cabana with a bathroom, building a pergola and a decorative foundation for the pergola to stand on. All we can say is "Wow". I will start off with the positive side of Sandals. The finished product is pretty good and we are enjoying our new pool. However, the entire process was less than desirable. Their biggest issues are all self caused. There communications are simply horrible! I would send several text, emails, and lefts voicemails with no response for days to weeks without a response. I even kept a log about the entire process for my own records. They are quick to send you notices for payments, but never to answer your questions or address concerns. I had several people that I was going to recommend Sandals to, but as you can imagine, that has not occurred. I would definitely think twice before using them, unless you have a lot of patience. read more

This was definitely a custom project, and would give a higher review if the communication was better and issues were resolved much sooner. Contacted Sandals on 5/26/18 looking for a quote for pool and spa in ground combo. Went back and forth for a few days about options and their standard combo price. We got a lot of details via text message with pictures for a price of $57,500. They then asked to come see the property and meet in person, but then I never heard back from them. I reached out at least 5 times since then and never received an answer. Almost 1 month later and not a single word. Clearly I will not be choosing them to do our pool/spa since they dont even get back to us! read more

I can not even begin to explain how disappointed I am in the work that Sandals did for my pool renovation and how bad the service was. I actually had to cancel my contract with them and hire someone else to complete the work. No communication, never stuck to a schedule, they did things wrong, supplied the wrong materials, I could go on and on. I have never given a review online for anything before.
