After dealing with an issue that they caused 2 years ago, the owner Brent, has decided to completely ignore us and deem himself not at fault. In June of 2020, my mom hired R&R to replace our liner in our pool. Ever since then, approximately an inch to two inches of water leaks out of our pool every single day. Thus making it impossible to balance, due to the amount of chemicals that are leaking out. This company refuses to return any calls, texts, or concerns that my family has over this issue. This business took roughly $4,000, to replace the liner. This was the liner alone. This doesn't count the increased water usage due to the leak, and increased chemical costs due to the leak as well. If you want a pool company that will talk a big game, but fail to deliver when they have caused an issue, then use them. In this economy, where the price of everything has gone up, you would think that they would be more conscious when it comes to running their business. I fully support small businesses, but I will no longer support this one.

They spent several months sourcing materials and visiting my property repeatedly to ensure that got my project done exactly to my specifications. Their pricing was very fair and they were beyond, patient, courteous, and professional throughout. My property suffered from severe drainage issues which was putting my foundation at risk. Additionally, grass could not grow in some areas due to the sheer volume of water flowing around my home. Orlando and his team diagnosed the issue and gave me very reasonable pricing options to fit my budget. Orlando always answered my calls and spent copious time discussing the project details and reassuring me of their strategy to transform my yard. When they came out, they brought a sizable team and had a dedicated project manager on site all day. They we're able to finish the project in one day (11 hours)! I am happy to report that the drainage issues have been fully resolved as a result of their great work. Not only do I now have peace of mind, but I now have the nicest yard on the street. There are no weak links on this team. I cannot more emphatically recommend this company. I have already referred them to several friends, family, and clients. Look no further - you can't go wrong with these guys.

We hired Lopez Painting last year to refinish our back deck, and they did such an outstanding job…read morethat we brought them back this year to paint the entire interior and exterior of our home before listing it for sale. After getting quotes from two other companies, Lopez offered the most competitive pricing. Their communication was excellent, especially during the recent ice storms that delayed safe outdoor painting. They kept us informed and adjusted the schedule professionally. They also went above and beyond by pointing out additional issues--like broken floodlights--and even replaced them for us. The team took great care in prepping the house, including pressure washing, making necessary repairs, and repainting our basement door that had been badly scratched by our dogs. The attention to detail truly showed in the final result. We couldn't be happier and will absolutely be calling them again for future painting projects.

My wife and I proceeded to drive 25+/- miles (about an hour drive) to the store, to Find a Sign on the Front Door that stated: If Locked, come to Back Door, when we arrived at the back door, another sign said if Locked, call 678-471-5501 which I did. A lady answered as she was driving back from Florida and informed me that was a warehouse, not a place for customers to visit. Be careful, don't waste your time driving miles and miles and spending hours in Atlanta traffic to attempt to buy Carpet, LVT & LVP from a company that advertises multiple locations but has only one location. There are way toooooooooooooooooo many flooring companies in metro Atlanta for this crap.
