No price tag was evident so I brought it up to the register. The woman scanned it said, $31.99, which is still above list but not too bad so I bought it. I get it home and notice there's a weird gold circle sticker on the back. I peel it up and it says " for the UK market"! I then check the abv, and it's 40%. American market is 45%. This is a classic bait and switch and extremely dishonest. The owner should give me my money back, take the gold stickers off and sell it for what it is, Buffalo Trace Lite. Shameful.

I live quite a ways away, but excitedly drove to the store to pick up the items. Upon arrival, I found that the shelf- and system-listed prices differed from what I was quoted on the phone. When I brought this to the management's attention, I was extremely pleasantly surprised to receive a sympathetic response and appropriate price adjustment. As a first time customer, this immediate accommodation was only that much more impressive. I just wanted to say 'thank you' for making things right and for earning my business moving forward. Dan was both friendly and knowledgeable on procuring me a couple of nice stouts and although they didn't have my exact make of scotch (Caol Ila), Dan was able to procure it and at market value where I didn't feel like I was getting ripped. I was also able to get a nice Macallan 18 at roughly market. I will definitely be coming back here for all my poisonous needs.
