The label clearly shows how fresh it is, not even a week from the "Packed On" date. Ingredients - raw cow milk, rennet (an enzyme used in cheese making), cultures (also needed in cheese making) and salt. That's it. There was a little wait to order - it's a popular spot - but once our sandwiches were in a brown paper sack in our hands, we drove over to Walden Pond and enjoyed them there.
