After my initial stress and panic I finally called Redferns. Chris answered and got to me within 25 minutes. Intially this was a mobile service and when he got there, he then told me he had to get his tow truck and take it back to his shop. He got it back there with no additional cost. It had to stay iver night because it was late. However, today he called me around noon said he found the initial issue and fixed that too. Gave me a very humble and honest review of what needs attention to my vehicle after having saved me in this stressful circumstance. Thank you so much Chris! Truly an earth Angel. He even offered to help my mom out with her car too because she so who came to get me the first night. Beware! I took my Nissan Maxima to Mavis in Jasper in April for an oil change -- they added way…read moretoo much oil and may have damaged my engine. I discovered this because a few days after the oil change, I noticed oil in my driveway and decided to check, and the dip stick was slightly out. I decided to check the oil level, and it was almost completely full (all the way up the dip stick). I took it to Mavis and the removed the oil and the correct amount.
