Everyone was super nice and helpful. I didn't feel pressured to order glasses from them like I have at other places I have been. I can recall times where I felt like other places were not happy to give me my prescription so I could order them elsewhere. This was not the case here at Coastal. I actually declined looking at glasses that day, but as I was walking out, a pair caught my eye and I ended up ordering them. I was in and out in no time and in less than a week, I was stopping back to pick up my new pair. No pressure and an overall enjoyable experience.

My first experience in Dec '22 was so so. I was kept waiting almost an hour. I decided to give…read moreDr. Kreiger another try this year. Once again, I was kept waiting and had to reschedule to the next day as I needed to get back to work. When I rescheduled I was assured that I wouldn't be kept waiting, and even told to come early as there was no one else scheduled ahead of my time. When I arrived, there were others in the waiting room. My appt time was 4:30p. At 4:24p the woman seated next to me asked me what time my appt was. She said hers was 4pm. She also said she was kept waiting last year. So at this point this woman is ahead of me plus there is another gentleman that needs to go back in (I'm assuming he had his eyes dilated), plus the patient currently in with Dr. Kreiger. So I know there is no way I'm being seen at 4:30p. After what happened the day before, I think a courtesy call telling me the doctor was running behind would have been nice. Needless to say, I once again left and have no plans to return. I also had made a back up appt with another facility in the event this happened as I don't want to lose my benefit for this year. Bottom line...if you don't have a problem spending 2+ hours at your appt, give them a try.

However, around this time of year every year, my wife and I try to think of new ways to be better and healthier into the new year. when she booked me a massage and sauna appointment and told me to show up here at 1 PM today, I was pleasantly surprised! upon walking in I would've never known there was all of this in such a quaint building. It really is a relaxation spa at its finest. The massage was one of a kind and probably the best Therapist I've had in this area. She ran over my our 1 hr window because she noticed a few areas that needed just a little extra work. This is something that never really happens in all the massages that I've had. She spent time discussing problem areas and giving me methods of Treatment to continue at home. She even mentioned shoulder issues that she noticed my body flinching and recommended reaching out to a physical therapist, which is something I'll be looking into in 2025. Upon wrapping up the massage she brought me for a quick tour of the facility and again I was shocked by everything they had to offer. This massage included a 30 minute sunlighten infrared sauna session. I do not have much experience with sauna however this was quite the experience and I look forward to many more sauna sessions as we look forward to a healthier 2025. I cannot recommend this spot enough and I look forward to more appointments in the very near future. If you haven't booked an appointment for a massage and/ or are simply looking for a new therapist.
