After mentioning my concerns to Dr. Hogan about the staff's failure to return calls in a timely manner and failure to notify me of the time of scheduled surgery, he supposedly spoke to his office manager. At my next visit, his staff retaliated and was exceptionally rude to me and suggested that I was the one with an "attitude problem." Anyone seeking serious eye care should avoid this practice at all costs unless you are looking for the same problems I am reporting here. A review of other comments below reveal that I am not Dr. Hogan's only patient with an "attitude problem."

Well any named…read morebrand one seems to be $200 and up for them, and that's a little crazy, but I was willing to get them for her as this was Mother's Day, but we walked into here was greeted so kindly by Amber, and she showed us all the inexpensive polarized sunglasses that look exactly like the name brand and they were only between $27.99-$31.99 what a steal and my mom loved them so much she didn't know what to choose, so I told her to pick whatever she wanted and she chose 2 and she was so Happy. Amber was super attentive and showed us tons of what she had, she even just made regular conversation and was super sweet. She cleaned the glasses for us as well. My mom was very happy with her purchase. Now they do carry name brands in here but they also have a side for less expensive glasses which to me look exactly like the expensive ones. Her original appointment was a couple weeks ago, but she called needing to change it and she was rude then too. we usually see Dr abarr for my daughter. The front staff seem overwhelmed and disorganized. We came in and waited 45 minutes for our appointment. The eye appointment was pushed through so fast maybe 5 to 10 minutes long at most. We will look for a different eye doctor because this facility is going downhill fast
