It was a stellar dealership who helped me immensely when I was stranded on I-17. Unfortunately after they moved the dealership went downhill. I couldn't get through on the phone, when my Mercedes Roadtrek RV was serviced it was dirtier then when I left it with DEF fluid running down the side. After that incident I had to take my Mercedes to Phoenix for service. Fast forward to 2025, I heard the Mercedes dealership in Flagstaff was taken over by new management. I went back and have been extremely impressed with the personnel, like Jess, who goes above and beyond to help and returns calls promptly. We had been communicating about the RV, and he knew I was driving two hours to purchase it with cash in hand. As I was pulling up, he told me he had sold it to someone else. When I confronted him about how disrespectful and unprofessional this was, he became aggressive, rude, and dismissive. There was no accountability and absolutely no consideration for my time or the commitment we had discussed. For the owner of a business to treat a customer this way is completely unacceptable. We are very grateful for Adam at Ascot Automotive who accommodated our request to check the check engine light issue on our Ford Edge even though they were already booked for the week. He listened and empathized with our situation to make it back home safely to California by Friday. When we arrived to Ascot Automotive on Thursday morning, Adam took care of us with great professionalism and honesty. After taking our information, he offered to have one of his staff drive us back to the hotel. He kept us updated from the point of the car diagnostics to the details of parts and labor for the repair. By Thursday afternoon, we agreed to have the repairs done. On Friday morning, our car was ready so he sent Darius to pick us up from our hotel to Ascot to pay and pick up our car. Price wise, the cost of the diagnostic, parts, and labor were very reasonable. I am writing this review on our drive back to San Diego. We couldn't be happier with how well our Ford Edge is running. Most of all, we are very happy with our experience and the excellent customer care Adam, Cody, and Darius provided at Ascot. They definitely deserve a 5 plus star rating!
