The venue had to have a hall to fit 100-150 people, hotel rooms at the venue or nearby for traveling guests, and a variety of good quality food. From our first meeting with Jayme Dalipovic, their catering sales manager, we knew we didn't need to look anywhere else. They had multiple rooms of varying sizes, so it gave us some flexibility depending on how many people were coming. Being a hotel, they had plenty of rooms that we were able to reserve blocks of rooms at a great discount. And when we booked up the block, they provided us with more. Unlike most halls, the food options were from their on-site restaurant. They had great options for food and it didn't feel like mass-produced generic catering food, but like we were getting food directly from an elegant restaurant...which it was! And even more impressive than finding this place that exceeded our expectations on what we were looking for, it far exceeded all the intangibles that we had never even thought of. The quality of service and hospitality made us feel like we were royalty. The level of attention they focused on left nothing unthought of. Every little detail they made sure was perfect!
