(What is with the Norwood mail these days anyway?) In any case, I contacted Yankee Spirits and talked to Morris, a Manager, just to tell them the story and hope that they could track down the card to see if it has been used or not. Morris was extremely helpful and instructed me to contact the corporate office. This was on a weekend and I did call the corporate office and left a voicemail message and sure enough on Monday morning I immediately got a call back from someone in their financial division. The corporate office did their legwork and found out that the card was not used and immediately canceled it and overnighted me priority mail a new gift card in the full amount. Not only did I get great customer service, an immediate response, the gift card in the full amount that I paid, they covered the overnight shipping, which was over $25. The purpose of this review is to tell the story and to let you all know what a great experience I had with Yankee Spirits on Route 1 in Norwood. I was very impressed by it all.

The store is located in The Walpole Mall with Old Navy, PetSmart, Barnes & Noble, Aspen Dental, and so many other stores. There are plenty of parking spaces. When I walked into Wines & More, I was surprised by how big the store was. It was very organized. On the left is The Gourmet Shoppe with dips and spreads, snacks, and other items. On the right and throughout the store, you'll find wine, spirits, beer, cider, mixers, and so much more. All the aisles are labelled. I came in looking for a particular Prosecco and I had checked on their website prior to make sure it was in the store. A staff member came up to me asking if I needed assistance. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he seamlessly bought me to it. I was so happy because I've been looking for it for a while. I will definitely be coming back to Wines & More in the future. The prices are reasonable.
