I cant talk about their salad or meat dishes cuz I haven't tried. But we ordered linguini alla puttanesca and my wife ordered the linguini a la vongole (white sauce). They come served in a hot copper pan or skillet and pasta is piping hot. They serve generously as an Italian home would. Now, the pasta is kinda still cooking in the pan but is perfectly al dente. The flavor of both dishes simply great, my puttanesca was among the best i have tried, and the vongole is second to none. The fact that the restaurant is a part of the "slow food movement" made me worry it was going to take awhile to get our food, but it didn't seem to take much longer than most other places we'd been to in France. Slower than the US, but seemed pretty average for a European restaurant.

Every tiny supplement is charged separately, even though the base price is already absurd. The pasta bolognese was a joke -- dry, bland, and absolutely not worth the €23 they dare to ask for it. The only thing that seems to matter here is putting something on a plate and cashing in. Never again.
