Im a pasta lover and we have tried pasta in Rome, Fiorentina, Liguria, Milan, and many other restaurants in the US, Europe, Asia.
Just check it out. I cant talk about their salad or meat dishes cuz I haven't tried. But we ordered linguini alla puttanesca and my wife ordered the linguini a la vongole (white sauce). They come served in a hot copper pan or skillet and pasta is piping hot. They serve generously as an Italian home would.
Now, the pasta is kinda still cooking in the pan but is perfectly al dente. The flavor of both dishes simply great, my puttanesca was among the best i have tried, and the vongole is second to none.
