Outdoor Breakfast Area

We simply cannot say enough good things about Jerry and his "Vineyard View Inn"! From the moment you arrive you are made to feel at home. This upscale, 5 bedroom B & B had everything one would need on a visit to the Willamette Valley. We were fortunate enough to stay in the "Jory" Suite. The attention to detail was impeccable. Not only was it spacious, we had a private outdoor balcony complete with vineyard view as well. One of the highlights of our stay were our gourmet breakfasts made daily by our gracious host Jerry, who always made time to chat & make recommendations for local parks, restaurants & things to do in the area. Needless to say, my husband & I highly recommend this venue and look forward to returning on our next visit to Oregon Wine Country!

I would give this Bed and Breakfast 10 stars if I could. We got there to be greeted by Jerry, the proprietor. He was so warm and welcoming that we felt at home immediately. The first thing we noticed is how clean the entire place was. When I say clean it was immaculate. Jerry did his homework and there nothing he didn't provide for us. Now on to breakfast where every morning was gourmet food. He was the most incredible cook. I am only looking forward to come back and stay again this time with our entire family.

Vineyard View Inn is the perfect getaway spot. Jerry, the owner, did an amazing job thinking of, planning and executing every little detail. This place was built from the ground up and it was so evident that Jerry had invested so much of himself into this B&B! Vineyard View Inn really shines because of his passion. We stayed in the Nekia room which has 2 queen beds, perfect for 2 travelers up to a family of 4 (us). The decor is simple and elegant, highlighted that time of year by festive decorations. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious, equipped with a double vanity. One thing to applaud is their hot water turns on immediately thanks to detailed planning/special piping. My favorite part though was the breakfast! Everything was homemade by Jerry or locally sourced. He uses Caravan coffee, local to Newburg and we got to try these amazingly delicious and moist homemade apple cinnamon muffins. Jerry was also very accommodating with dietary restrictions, down to providing a dairy alternative for the coffee. My parents were obsessed with the breakfast sausage he used which was sourced from a local mom & pop butcher. I would love to return during the warmer season and visit the vineyards. If you're visiting the area, don't hesitate to book Vineyard View Inn! You don't come across places like these everyday. The driveway was a little slippery due to the rain/ice though so that's one thing to note if you're traveling during the winter.

We had a wonderful stay at the Vineyard View Inn this past weekend. Our hosts, Jerry and Matt, were so accommodating and made us feel so welcome. They provided lots of great suggestions for restaurants and places to go. The room we stayed in was very well appointed and immaculate and the grounds are beautiful. I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfasts they prepared for us each day, accommodating our vegan diets. I can't think of a better place to stay if you're in the area. Thank you Jerry and Matt, we'll be back!

Just one of our amazing breakfasts. As delicious as it looks

Stay here. There really isn't isn't anything that hasn't been said in all the other reviews. This BNB is wonderful- peaceful, relaxing, modern, clean. Jerry, the proprietor is the best, so warm and welcoming. The breakfasts... the breakfasts.... not only delish but beautiful as well I can't wait for a return trip. Thank you Vineyard View Inn and Jerry!

The Vineyard View Inn "backyard". Ahhh

Can't begin to say enough about this beautiful, peaceful spot. In these times, with over the top reviews that don't pan out, one doesn't often find a truly 5 star stay. This one is more than 5 stars. I only wish that we could have stayed even longer. The whole atmosphere was relaxing, comfortable, beautiful to look at and the views were just heavenly. It was like parking in the middle of a vineyard. Jerry was more than attentive but not intrusive. The rooms were luscious spas. I don't usually write reviews and I hesitated writing this one because once everyone knows of this place, it will be hard to get in again.

A bed and breakfast gem. Jerry our host was knowledgeable, making our stay so welcome like family. This beautiful inn is near vineyards and easy to access to many locations. Jerry was able to help find last minute arrangements for wine tasting and extra night accommodations when most B&B were booked. Thank you Jerry for a wonderful and memorable visit to Willamette Valley.

Their common areas include a dining room, a living room, a small library (with books and games) and TV room, as well as front and back porches. We originally booked the Oregon Trail room, but Kristin offered to upgrade us to the Oregon Coast room at a discounted rate. We chose the Oregon Coast room for the private balcony and stunning views over the valley. The room was lovely and comfortable. Toiletries, robes, and slippers are all provided for the guests. Our room also had an electric fireplace, which was nice. There was no TV, but that wasn't an issue for us. This is their handicapped accessible room, so there were extra shower and toilet seat handle bars. We stayed two nights and enjoyed two amazing breakfasts prepared by Ayelet. Over the two days, we were treated to blueberry French Toast, a poached pear, homemade bread, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, blueberry scones, and a baked apple. Plus a selection of their homemade jelly/jam. A lot of the ingredients were sourced right from the property. While we ate, Ayelet asked us about our plans for the day, and she offered super helpful suggestions on what to do, where to go, what to eat. She even gave us printed maps! Some other noteworthy items: you get one free T-shirt with your stay; you have a choice of breakfast at 8 or 9 am; there are coolers, sunscreen, and sunglasses you can borrow; they ask your breakfast beverage of choice and usually have it out in the dining room an hour before your breakfast time; there are always homemade cookies, water, and glasses by the mini fridge; you can buy their homemade jam/jelly as well as T-shirts, mugs, coasters, etc. We loved our stay here. The view was gorgeous, the food was delicious, our room was comfortable, and Ayelet was amazing!

Even the jams at breakfast are for sale, and reasonably priced for the unique combinations. An outstanding base for a few days in Oregon's beautiful wine country.

We were greeted at the desk by Ryan with a glass of their sister winery's rose and then proceeded on a tour of the inn. It is a small boutique inn with only about 18 rooms total. I believe while we were there, there may have been maybe 4-5 other couples (that we only saw at breakfast). It is just a lovely place with a sitting room with a huge fireplace, a quaint breakfast room, and several patio areas with fire pits overlooking the valley. One firepit stays on all the time (already I was excited to "need" a firepit in August!). Ryan then walked us across the entryway to a separate smaller building and into our room which was the Deluxe Valley View room...with glass doors that opened directly onto a sweet little patio with adirondack chairs and table overlooking the vineyard. We spent every morning here drinking tea before breakfast and most evenings here drinking wine before bed. And speaking of breakfast! Every morning was a treat...several options you can choose from, mix and match your pastry with your fresh fruit with your main dish with your beverage with your coffee, all a great way to bellywad before a day of wine tastings! Do yourself a favor and get the SCONE every morning! I discovered that sadly on my last day :( All of the staff were super sweet and accommodating. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfy! We were lucky enough to stay for two nights at The DreamGiver's Inn, and I was so regretful for not making the trip a little longer. This place is truly a dream. The drive from Portland wasn't bad at all (under an hour!) and was really quite beautiful as we made our way. While driving the winding roads filled with fall colors, we spotted the Inn, thanks to its charming shade of red. We checked in around 4pm, and Grace was there to greet us and help us to our room. She was an incredibly welcoming host, and made the experience even more special. We stayed in the "Grace" room, and it was absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing. The room had a huge window seat, and the first couple of hours we were there, we sat there watching the rain and relaxing. Grace had all the makings for hot tea downstairs, which was a perfect match for the moment. We had so many plans that we canceled just so we could sit on that damn window seat and enjoy the view! Mornings at The DreamGivers Inn are the stuff dreams are made of. We usually wandered downstairs around 8:30pm to get some coffee and enjoy one of Grace's baked goods... she made the most amazing banana bread, lemon blueberry scones, and the list goes on. It's a perfect time to wake up slowly and soak in the views of rolling hills, vineyards, and trees. She had breakfast out every morning at 9am, and holy cow, was it amazing. We got to enjoy yogurt parfaits (made with the best local ingredients), egg scrambles, vegetables from the garden, and homemade jams. Can you see why we never wanted to leave? While some would shy away from going to Oregon during the rainy season, the weather ended up being a perfect match for the cozy atmosphere this beautiful sanctuary provided. I cannot recommend this spot enough! Thank you for a couple incredibly relaxing and peaceful days.
