This store is incredible!…read more This afternoon we stopped in at Saltwater Woodworks after some of the items in their showroom caught our eye. This store houses a few different vendors who have created an amazing amount of handcrafted wooden and industrial items. This review literally can't do this store justice and all I have to say is go in. The craftsmen are polite, knowledgeable and reasonable when it comes to their products.

He told me the process was to go find them myself and bring them to the counter to pay. When I pushed back and asked again for help, he said, "If you can find someone, you can get help, but there is only one guy working out here." Meanwhile, I was trying to track down 50 lb bags of quick concrete, 4x4x8 pressure-treated lumber, and other heavy items. There was no offer to help and no concern for me as a customer. I am in my 60s and could have seriously injured myself trying to lift these items, especially after spending so much time just trying to locate them. The service was terrible, and it is clear they do not care about their customers.

Came asap for estimate and plan and discussion on what is wanted and what he will do to accomplish it. Oil based latex or water based ? Finish - high gloss or satin finish ? I had someone come in before Millennium and this a#% didn't know what he was doing. Talked a good talk , had nice fake pictures and gave me a reference phone number as I requested. Number didn't allow me to see anything. The pictures of the floors he claimed to do ... was not his work. I won't mention his name. Though if a pegleg handyman comes knocking. Tell him to keep on walking. Millennium flooring did a great job taking care of my floors and correcting the pegleg liars damages. At least the flooring damage. Pegleg damaged my steps by spilling Polyurathane on my concrete steps. Messed up my solid wood front door, my fireplace bricks. Millennium Flooring did great work. Clean work. Quick work. A year later and I'm still raving about this company and it's owner also.

One shade is still it installed incorrectly and the other is defective. I wanted to shop local. I could have bought these shades online for half the price and had them five months ago.
