One thing that stood out was how thoroughly they cleaned my tires. My tires/rims looked better than they have after other car washes. At this point what am I paying 45$ for? I asked them to fix it and they did a little but it was still dirty. When I got home I looked in the trunk and there was sand everywhere. They didn't even try to vacuum it. I was able to get rid of it myself by just taking the mat out and hitting it against the concrete. When I spoke with the manager he said "I can't give you a refund and sand is hard." I confirmed "are you refusing to give me a refund even though a service wasn't done well and almost not at all?" He said "yes I'm not an authorized ." I asked "arn't you the manager?" He said "I'm the assistant manger. The manger is already gone for the day." Then I asked "are you going to offer to ask for my contact information so he can get back to me?" He said "sure but we can't give refunds." I said "are you forcing me to have to call my credit card company to dispute this charge?" He said "yeah go ahead and do that." I will never come back to this place. Also they used a dirty rag to wipe both my floors and my dash. Horrible service and customer service.

But he gave me a discount for the inconvenience of coming in at 12. The car was ready to pick up at 2ish. I didn't have anything planned so it was okay for me to come back. However, to be fair, I live in the country and don't regularly wash my car, which is to say there was a LOT of built of mud and sand on my vehicles' underside. I purchased the mid-tier wash package. The customer service was great! I needed the attendant to turn on the vacuum for me at least three (3) times and he was ready and happy to do it every time. Your car won't be as clean as paying for a detail, but you can save over $200!

The attendant was talking to another attendant, and I rolled up to the car wash, selecting machine and was working my way through the automated screen to pick my car wash and he came over and kind of shoved my hand out of the way. I said I think I've got it. He said no you don't. And then proceeded to pick out the car wash for me that I wanted. I guess you could hook this up to good customer service, but it was the approach that he used in the attitude that really threw me off. My response to him was "you know, if you let your customers do this themselves we could probably just figure it out. His response was you were doing it wrong and this is my job. If you have a problem, you can go talk to the management. He sort of escalated the situation belittled me while he was doing it and so my response was I think you're not giving me very good customer service. I don't really wanna talk to you about it anymore. I'll just finish this on my own to what she said it's ready for you to tap your card. Then he started giving me a lecture about how I was being a rude customer. But I snapped back at him and shouldn't have. In all honesty my response to people when they're rude to me is pretty rude back. I don't try to sugarcoat it. There's a very similar car wash on tenant that doesn't have a guy outside arguing with you about pushing the touchscreen button and I think I will be going there from now on. I think maybe the management team should really coach their employees on Customer Service and etiquette.

Within one year the paint started oxidizing despite being parked in a covered garage (pictures below). Tim now pretends that Ive got the wrong phone number when I text him to fix this via the warranty (which I paid extra for). This is the same phone number listed here on yelp as well. I called from a different number and he answered and hung up immediately. I intend to take this matter the legal route to small claims court, to get it resolved. I got scammed, I hope you don't.
