Fair warning, the wait time is LONG and even if you have an appointment, you won't be seen in time either. Probably 1-2 hours later so you can check in and probably go eat or do errands before coming back. Despite this, clients still keep coming and are willing to wait. This was my first year coming here for tax preparation based on a recommendation so I didn't know what to expect. Word seems to spread my mouth here since everyone seems to know each other, some often traveled from Austin to come here. Despite the wait, the lady who did our taxes seemed very genuine and gave us some advice. She did what she can to help us find suitable deductions and we ended up saving more than previous years! I still recommend you make an appointment though by calling beforehand, you'll probably get 2-3 weeks out. It is Vietnamese owned and the interior can be dim and cramped, located in a big shopping plaza but not much stores there. No restroom or suitable ventilation inside, cash only. read more

Turned in my taxes 5 weeks ago. Called them to find out when they'd be done and they always would say "we'll call you back". They never did. I showed up today since it's the deadline and I find over a dozen people waiting outside. A note on the door said they're closed. Now people are scrambling to file. They won't answer knocks on the door or phone calls. You can't even leave a message. Disgusting and in my opinion, illegal...
