I'm a walk in so I understand some people have appointments but when they come and ask about certain services and how long the wait is, indicates like me they are a walk in. I may need to find a new place because i always have to remind them I am here for a service and they say "oh baby, I sorry!" Like you've walked around me and greeted other people next to me, I've looked at your colors over 35mins how can you not see me? They do a great job but having other people go ahead of me when I came in before and have been waiting is absurd!!!! I will give this one try after this.

In the process of getting nails removed, I decide I might as well get a basic pedicure. The entire time I'm being service my nail tech and several other techs (4 to be exact) proceeds to laugh and play. A lady sitting beside me expressed her frustrations. She stated she normally was a really good tipper but would not tip today and suggested I do the same. The techs was very rude and dismissive. As my service was came to an end...another customer comes in for a pedicure. She takes her shoes off and sit down. The nail tech goes over and begins to service her. A few words were exchanged and she immediately refused service. I'm not sure what was going on today but the service and atmosphere were horrible today. I usually tip very well...anywhere between 20 to 35 dollars, but not today! And top add a cherry on top...she over charged me. 30 for the pedicure 12 for taking the nails off. 10 for clear polish on my nails only. And 10 for taking the polish off my toes even through I paid for a pedicure. So yeah there's a very good chance I'll never visit again. I'm sure a few other ladies gel the same way. Sheesh

The last three times I was there, while getting a fill-in, there was always something that had to be done extra. If there was just a little chip on a nail, it had to be entirely removed and replaced at a charge of $5.  This happened the last three times I was there! Just a small chip, replace whole nail. $5 extra. Then I noticed that when shaping my nails, it appeared to me that they were being filed so thin. I felt this was done intentionally so they WOULD CHIP. And of course, that would be $5 when getting them refilled. The determining thing that made me decide to take my business elsewhere was when I was told my nails were long and there was an extra $5 added. I inquired about that $5 charge for long nails and explained that I had never been charged for that before. The explanation that was given was "they had just forgotten to charge you for it". My nails aren't even a half inch in length! I was always getting the gel polish, which is a higher price than just regular polish. My sister and I would come in at least once per month for your services. We both noticed the changes that were taking place. The staff overall seems chatty and nice without being intrusive, which I really appreciated because I tend to zone out during haircuts and nail stuff. Anyways, I got Mike, one of the owners for my treatments and I think he did a great job, especially since I'd chosen a neon polish, which are usually awful to apply evenly. I even learned a new trick for cleaning up my cuticles! So far my mani has 100% survived me washing my hair (my hair is like the great nail destroyer) so I think this shop's a keeper. :)

The lumpiness is driving me crazy. I seriously want to remove these and get new ones even though I just got them. I also got my normal gel pedicure. That service is good.
