I'm a walk in so I understand some people have appointments but when they come and ask about certain services and how long the wait is, indicates like me they are a walk in. Like you've walked around me and greeted other people next to me, I've looked at your colors over 35mins how can you not see me? They do a great job but having other people go ahead of me when I came in before and have been waiting is absurd!!!! I will give this one try after this.

First-time customer and will never return…read more I want to acknowledge that this place appears clean and has great aesthetic and decor. The massage chair is worth the visit alone. I politely and professionally expressed disappointment and dissatisfaction with the 2 minutes of cuticle care I was given on each foot during my pedicure and no one cared. The manager was not there. They told me my cuticles were "thick" and that the care provided was sufficient. They told me that if I didn't like it, I could leave. Enough said. I left and went to McCain Nail Spa across the street where I was treated better and heard. Listen here King Nails, idc how thick my cuticles are, grab that machine and cuticle tool and get to work. It is a part of the service. Picture below is for the work done by McCain Nail Spa , not King. McCain is my new home.

Elena made me feel comfortable and welcome in spite of all the boundless estrogen. I didn't feel like I had to turn in my man-card just because I wanted to pamper my tootsies a little. The entire vibe was casual and friendly and so light-hearted. What a thought was going to be a super weird uncomfortable experience turned out to be relaxing and a barrel of laughs. Ladies, you really need to get your man and his tired, icky feet (don't argue 'cause you know damn well your man's feet need some tlc ... to put it mildly) to see Elena!

I dropped in here to get a mani-pedi and it was pretty good!…read more They were super busy when I arrived around lunchtime but there was an available massage chair so I got to sit and get my back kneaded and feet bubbled while I waited, and the shop is close enough to the AT&T store that you can use their free wifi too! The staff overall seems chatty and nice without being intrusive, which I really appreciated because I tend to zone out during haircuts and nail stuff. Anyways, I got Mike, one of the owners for my treatments and I think he did a great job, especially since I'd chosen a neon polish, which are usually awful to apply evenly. I even learned a new trick for cleaning up my cuticles! So far my mani has 100% survived me washing my hair (my hair is like the great nail destroyer) so I think this shop's a keeper. :)

They market a particular massage therapy that is costly and did not feel any different than any other trained nail technician's massage in the past. The free eye mask is a nice touch. I also have to mention how wonderful Eva and the entire staff were beyond just my nails. I hadn't eaten lunch and started feeling a little dizzy, and they immediately went out of their way to help - turning the AC down, putting fans on me, moving me to a cooler chair, and offering me a Sprite. It's never fun having something like that happen, especially when you're brand new to a city, but I'm so glad I happened to be at Blossom Nail Studio. Some are crooked & others aren't snatching in shape. I wanted them longer too, but one of the tips got blasted with the sanding tool. The lumpiness is driving me crazy. I seriously want to remove these and get new ones even though I just got them. I also got my normal gel pedicure. That service is good. I know it's under new owners now, so it's kinda disorganized in there right now. It also smells like baby diapers inside. I'll definitely be going somewhere else.
