I asked her to help see this from her side hoping she would allow me to sit in the lobby a few minutes while I used my wifi on my phone to reserve my third night in a row on my phone. She had not been wearing a name badge and when asked for her name for this complaint, she claimed it was unauthorized for me to have it. While I communicated my intent to leave a review of this, she remained unmoved to stop. I informed her I would reserve from my car. As I walked to my car she exited the building and shouted angrily, " You're not staying here. You'll know my name bitch." I am disappointed that I could not stay in this place that I have enjoyed.

But please use caution with heavyset white "Karen" manger at front desk. I felt treated like i was ordering chicken at Popeyes. I really question their hiring process.
