I've been at Kalaeloa rental Home for 8 years! I finally moved out.... I mean everything straight…read moreforward. Nothing is done that wasn't covered in the contract. The rent increase can be for a lot of things ... kapolei is building up. Never experience big increase. Yes I was in the service and never had a issue. This a island... there were a lot of places I could have gone to. However, the deposit is reasonable and move in is very painless. This places wasn't perfect like the Disney resort, but it was Home. Never had bad neighbors... seem great to me. The Maintenance team... wow! I had a A/C go out and I called it in... mr. Lee change my A/c out same day. I think that was my most impactful memory. Move out was smooth.... 60 day notice yes... in writing!! Aloha staff!! Now question is this... do I recommend this place to call Home. YES! Be responsible tenants...read you contract... ask questions! Make a sound decision. Now that I'm in my new home.... I can say... my last renting experience was OUTSTANDING! I will not miss it! Salute!

**Very Disappointing Customer Service**…read more The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was looking for a place to rent and emailed multiple times to schedule an appointment to view the available units, but I never received a response. I decided to visit the office in person and stood there for about five minutes. There were two employees on their computers, and neither acknowledged me. I walked up to the desk where one of the employees was sitting, but he continued looking at his screen. The other employee looked at me briefly before returning to her computer. I finally had to ask, "Does anyone work here?" before the gentleman acknowledged me and asked if he could help. I explained that I had emailed multiple times to schedule an appointment to view the units, and his response was simply, "Oh." This experience was very disappointing. If the office is responsible for helping prospective tenants, the staff should be welcoming, attentive, and professional. Management needs to do a better job of training its employees and ensuring they provide basic customer service. Hiring staff who are qualified and willing to treat people with respect should be a priority. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression of the property management team.
