Maintenance worker Robert Wilson Harassed me after I was locked out of my apartment. I called after…read morehours emergency number due to being locked out because the battery on the electronic key fob reader(attached to the door) dying and not letting me back in. The prompts told me to wait for normal working hours or I might have to pay a fee, so I hung up and did not leave a message and was going to wait. I receive a random call back later from an 866 number no clue who it is from someone who did not say their name or who they are with, being aggressive and harassing me via the phone. I of course returned the attitude. He then told me to stay there and implied he was going to come and fight me. He then called the police and lied to them stating I am the one that threatened him. Luckily the police witnessed his behavior and other actions and he quickly withdrew his claim when I threatened legal action against him. Regardless this man is a complete danger to this community. He also made entry into my apartment when I was not even there without my permission. Now I have to worry about living where this disgusting man works daily. Also note a couple days prior to this the annual inspection of my unit was completed which is a time when the battery should have been replaced on my door. I was also told by a few of the other workers that Robert Wilson receives many complaints from other people living here.

The love and care they provide is laced with compassion and grace and it is comforting to know that our mom and dad are well taken care of. The staff is skilled and caring, sensitive to the needs of the family members as well as residents. The wonderful staff at Ilima at Leihano made a difficult transition easier for my parents. We had done this before several times with no issues. We moved a few days ago to a place that is larger, private, less money & totally renovated. The people who live at the Element are nice. It's the management and the high cost of rent plus the astronomical utilities. Ridiculous.

Managers have both been nice. The grounds are kept up by landscapers. Different improvements are in the budget for future improvements. There is a large grassy area in front of simplex and a couple of picnic areas. I wish there was some other amenities, dog park. Some earlier poster did not like tules, I like having rules that keep up the look of the area. We have two parking spots, which isn't the norm for some complex's.
