Karen O, my sitter, went above and beyond as one of my cats stopped eating. We coordinated multiple home visits, a vet appointment, and post care for my cat. He is doing fine now. Without Karen's assistance and dedication my cat may have died. I also want to give a shout out to Karla, the owner. Due to the ice storm, my condo entrance was buried under 2 feet of ice. She went to visit my cats and found the blockade and let me know. I had to hire a team to dig me out. Karla was able to get access and check my cats. I came home the next day and was also able to get into my condo. Without Karla, I would have arrived with no way to get into my condo. Nightmare! Pet Elf will continue to be my go-to for all my cat sitting needs. Thank you!!
