    I would give a million stars if I could. Today, it's 103 outside. I'm a 50 year old, overweight and menopausal woman who is completely and constantly overheated. The past 5 or 6 years our AC unit was keeping our house only maybe 15-18 degrees cooler than it was outside. Summer has been miserable for me and I spend most of it in my bedroom (coolest room) blinds closed with my little hand held fan and has been the worst. I have known Villara for a long time but had never worked with them as a customer. The service was amazing. They were following up faster than I could reply. Our financing was easy, online and simple. The install was also fairly simple for us, the team did run into more work than anticipated due to our access points in the house but handled it smoothly and there were no delays. It is 68 in my house right now. I'm wearing a cardigan in August, I'm a little chilly even and have some throw blankets to be cozy. I might even light a candle just for fun. Thank you Ron, Gary and team. You guys have made my life so much better. Forever grateful. As is my husband, because I'm not complaining anymore. 5 stars all the way

    Time for my annual heater/ac and tankless water heater check-up. And, it is about time for me to update my Villara 9/23/21, Yelp review also. The good news is it absolutely remains at 5 stars! Since that first review, I have had yearly contact with Villara employees for service and checkups. Not only have the technicians been knowledgeable and thorough but always exceeded my customer service expectations. Personable, professional, and efficient. They never let me down. Speaking of customer service, that same dependable service is always on display by the people taking the customer telephone calls. Last week, I had contact with Supervisor, Rosa, Kendall, and Edith several times. I must say they all were SO patient, efficient, and just plain nice. Thank you! We all know great management is what makes any business successful. So thank you, Emily V.A., for your exceptional management skills and talents. I am your biggest fan! Villara is a 75-year, locally owned, family business. They have experience! This company wants to provide you with quality service and they will guarantee the work performed. And, who does not love a business with 24-hour availability! Unfortunately, heaters and a/cs do not break down just Monday through Friday, 8 to 5! Same with plumbing problems. Right? I will end this review with one statement. I am even more impressed with Villara than I was two years ago. That says it all. Lastly, do yourself a favor and check out the Villara website, and see all the services they provide. It is a quite informative and impressive website. Here is to lots of cold air in the summer and heat in the winter!:) Cheers! 11/16/23 Villara technician, Morufu, just left after the inspection of my heater. I am SO impressed! He not only went into attic where the heater mechanics are located but also left me with a copy of all the items he checked AND emailed me the checked heater equipment part photos! Whaaaat? Sure made the right decision going with Villara. Thanks, Morufu! See you in 6 months for the a/c inspection. Lastly, a shout out to Gwen for helping me sign up for the hvac/plumbing inspections, too.     River Islands Lathrop residents: If your Villara Smart Vent (aka whole house fan, damper) ever has an issue, call Villara and ask for Aurelio. Villara is based out of Sacramento, but Aurelio's service area is Lathrop, Manteca and the surrounding areas. I initially spoke with Gwen and she was really kind and helpful! She wanted to make sure that I had already tried to reset the system first before she made my service call appointment. Apparently, resetting the system can solve the issue. Our vent damper error was, "Damper did not CLOSE Call for Service". I was offered an appointment as soon as the next day, but opted for a different day due to our work schedule. On the day of our appointment, Aurelio called me within our appointment window time to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived with his colleague, Eddie, and they troubleshot the system and found that the communication wire was bad. They quickly fixed the issue and even checked out our A/C and heating system as yearly maintenance. They also installed a screen for the huge vent we have in our loft to prevent bugs from coming in. Since then, I have seen fewer bugs in the house (thanks for recommending it, Aurelio!). Overall, awesome service thanks to Aurelio, Eddie and Gwen!

    Horrible customer service. Water heater they installed in my new house is 3 years old and has had issues working since it was in. Now they say it needs replacement but will not do anything. They scheduled an appointment for a manager to come out today then never showed up. When I called they said that I need to have a water test before they show up. They do not want to fix or take responsibility for the equipment they install. Talked to a manager one week ago that was going to help. All of a sudden he no longer works for them. Do not trust them! Two weeks later... no hot water and no responses. Go with another company!

I called Rocklin Heating & Air who immediately responded to schedule an appointment. Mark deployed to my home and went straight to work, quickly absorbing the situation and what I had learned thus far. Mark was followed by some of his teammates, when it was determined this would require troubleshooting from multiple points in the home simultaneously. I was fearing the worst, running through expensive possibilities in my mind. Throughout the entire troubleshooting process, the team was highly communicative and never tried to upsell me on anything that was not short of necessary. As the team diligently narrowed it down to unusual behavior from a culprit wire and elegantly solved the problem, I was certain I picked the right HVAC company. I believe they found a problem other techs may have missed, had I picked the wrong vendor. I thank Brandon and his professional team and highly recommend them.

Well...it turns out it wasn't the unit. It was a plumbing issue and they still helped me pin point the issue - no charge. They texted me a you tube video so I could fix it. It's so hard to find companies you can trust, but Rey's has proven themselves. They are always giving back to the community as well. West Sac or surrounding area - just call Rey's first.

    I will preface this review by saying that this company is responsive and will get a tech out there…read morequickly. But unless you need a simple, residential fix of your HVAC system, they won't bother to service you. I had a tech from Rey's come out a couple weeks ago and after looking at the condenser for Gree mini split that was experiencing an H5 error, the tech just didn't want to diagnose it and look at fixing the unit as he felt it "was too complicated" for as he stated, they only do residential HVAC systems. My unit is part of an apartment complex which is classed as commercial, but HVAC systems are HVAC systems and a company like this one and with their reputation, should be able to fix this. I will also grant that the system is 10 years old. But I had another tech come and was able to diagnose the issue within 30 minutes and found that I just needed to replace a couple temperature sensors that cost a total of $100 and got it up and operational within an hour. Also, the reason I contacted them is that they are listed as a Gree certified partner vendor. He also complained that they used to go out of their way to service customers but got burned or ended up spending too much time and resources, so they now decline service that they consider not "worth their time and effort". When I hear this, I believe this is a company that grew too big and now only focuses on things they can fix easily and will avoid things they consider too difficult. But then my fix was actually pretty easy. Just be aware of their current business state and make sure your fix is easy, but then why bother I guess? Good luck with this contractor...

Super Bros was not the cheapest, but very competitive with the lowest quote. There were a few reasons we went with Super Bros. First, they got started on my whole house re-pipe the next week. The other company had me waiting for more than a month. The other reason is because Super Bros was super communicative and explained the whole process before it started, asked lots of questions about my preferences, and was incredibly transparent about every details and process. My primary point of contact for this job was Jeremy. He was actually another reason that I went with Super Bros, as I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything or push me into doing something I didn't want or need. He was clear about where there were options and where he has seen challenges from a project like mine in the past. His experience and demeanor were what locked it in for me. After agreeing to use Super Bros, the next week I was met by Mike, who walked through with me as he was point on the project. I work from home so I was around for the entire thing, but I can honestly say that there was barely any disruption to my workday. Yes, the water was off for one of the 3 days of work, but other than that and the expected noise of cutting out metal pipes here and there, the disruption was nearly invisible. I was also greeted by Serge and Denis who were handling different parts of the project. Both incredibly polite and obviously damn good at their jobs. This was NOT some group of minimum wage kids subcontracted to do the work. every one of these guys was an experienced and efficient tradesman from what I could tell (admittedly I'm, not a plumber, but you could tell that they were professionals by the quality of their work, their speed, and some of the challenges my house provided that they were able to find workarounds for). You can probably tell that I'd recommend Super Bros for your next plumbing project, but in case there was any question: you should use Super Bros for your next plumbing project. Highly recommend!
