Very nice neighborhood grocery store. Had all of the items we needed for a weekend getaway trip.

I love Graul's Market. They really know how to present their products--everything always looks…read morefresh, vibrant, and delicious, especially the vegetables. There's a great variety of items, and their bakery is one of my favorites. The staff is consistently friendly and courteous, and checkout is usually quick, which makes every visit easy. They almost always have exactly what I need. The only thing I wish is that they offered online ordering with curbside pickup--it would make the experience even better. Overall, I definitely recommend them!

But today the service that I received at the deli counter was disgusting! Miss Maddie was overly rude! She was snippy and very sarcastic with her words! Slamming my items on the counter and all!! Then had the audacity to tell me to have a nice day!! I'm old enough to be her mother & I've never been disrespected like that in my life! I understand people have bad days but this young lady should have just stayed home! And the crazy thing is when I complained the workers weren't surprised with her attitude!! The manager John didn't even apologize.. he looked disappointed but only said he'd speak with her. John... please understand that everyone isn't gonna put up with her nasty attitude! Luckily I have too much to loose but please understand first offense battery is a simple assault!! Just a FYI... tell Maddie to be careful the next person might not be so nice!

I experienced a very unprofessional cashier. Any personal opinions regarding race,a person's life…read moredecisions etc... should all be left at the door when you come into work. I watched an employee hold up a line rambling on to an African American male about why he should not come into Weis and purchase alcohol and how Black men are needed in the world but right before him was an Caucasian male with a cart full of alcohol and she said absolutely nothing to him. It is a time and a place for everything. Discretion is key. Tact and professionalism should always come into play. The way she got into the man's personal business in front of a line full of people was totally unprofessional. You do not know what a person is going through and since your job is not to broadcast and counsel in front of a store full of people I would definitely say customer service training needs to be provided.

Used to shop at Weis regularly and thought the store was overall run very well. That ended when…read morethey put in ALL self-checkouts except one. The poor lady working that one is so overwhelmed that she stands there with a vacant 1000 yard stare at the overwhelming # of people waiting. I feel so bad for her. The self-checkouts don't work well at all and constantly need input from the store's front-end managers. So they have 2-3 people running around trying to quell the incessant dinging bells and flashing lights of the self-checkouts instead of just being cashiers and checking people out; which would go much faster. I'm sorry, I work 8 -10 hour days and usually have just left work when I grocery shop. I am not going to then work more checking out a full cart of groceries just for the privilege of giving them my money. I came in for groceries, not a job interview. Save yourself the time and hassle. Weis' decision to eliminate any form of customer service did do one thing for me; I now buy most of my groceries from Amazon and have them delivered to my door for free.

Just when I thought I had enough gifts and snack to bring home to the islands, my luggage said I had space for more! What does that mean and meant going back for more goodies! The store was neat and had everything that I looked for. The staff were also very friendly. In regard to parking, I'm not sure if any parking is available. When I decided to take a chance one late afternoon to buy chicken thighs and the shelf was empty. The crew does not appear to restock frequently when this happens. This is an issue at other local Trader Joe's, but the checkout line wraps well around the store if you come on a busy day. When the store is stocked and you can move freely around the aisles, it is a great experience. Despite it being smaller than other stores, I still find what I need a majority of the time. Other items like a graham cracker pie crust or tartar sauce I have to go to a larger grocery store. The staff is friendly every time I'm there as well. It is always a pleasant and smooth checkout experience!
