The cleaning company's employees are are also theives, they stole our blue tooth speaker and a part for the stove. Shame on you title one. That same house is for rent now and the rent is lowered back down to almost the original price that we started off paying. They rope you in and stick to you if you keep renewing your lease.

Due to medical reasons (brain injury), I did not respond. On March 17, they emailed me to say if I didn't deposit $4600 to cover the work, they'd do it and stop forwarding rent payment. So I sent the funds and approval. Since then, no work has been done. I've asked repeatedly when it would start, with no response. RW kept telling me how urgent the work was - but once they got my money, suddenly the urgency is gone. I am talking to my real estate attorney about this today (4/13). If the tenant is injured due to work RW didn't do despite being required to by contract, that liability is with RW. Last Year RW was bought by a Japanese real estate company. Don't know if that's why their service is so poor, but not surprising.
