I will get to my review, but as a YELP'er, a Foodie, and a good human, I had to address this...To say horrible things about Barbara ( the owner ) and her Son because he didn't receive the greeting that he wanted is horrible!! Its funny that he says he had a great dinner there once (thus his return to the establishment), Where is your positive YELP review about that experience?? So you will keep coming to a place until the Bartender has an "off night" or its too busy for you to get the attention that (for some reason) you feel you deserve, just so you can leave a horrible review?? Unfortunately some people are just Nasty, unhappy people I suppose...Or maybe its more strategic than that, for someone who has posted Three 1 star reviews out of a total six Italian restaurant reviews, I'd say its more likely he is attempting to sabotage the great local pizza places in the area for personal and probably financial purposes..My theory is only strengthened by the fact that one of those 1 star reviews was NONNA'S..lol Really Dude? One of the best and most beloved pizza shops in Westchester and Putnam County?? Lol I think his motivation is clear. Enough said about this poor, miserable guy...Back to my review of 901° I have been coming here since they opened and have been consistently pleased and impressed with this beautiful Family owned and operated establishment. I dont think I need to speak much about the food..its clearly fantastic (even Mr. Meany John A. Said so..lol) The pizza is Amazing made to order in minutes in their custom built 900° Pizza oven (so why is the place called 901°?) Great stort, ask Barbara lol. But what really makes this place special (beautiful decor, gorgeous bar, flat screens, and hand painted murals on the walls aside), are the people..As stated, a family owned and operated business that treats all their customers like part of their own family. And those who work there who are not family, are all local kids who work hard and are terrific. During Covid, while a lot of places closed down for long periods, Barbara chose to open as soon as lawfully granted, following all the state's ridiculous rules and regulations, just to remain a place that the locals can come to eat, drink, and enjoy life...I wouldn't be suprised if she lost $$ every month to do so..but thats the kind of person she is..When you go to a restaurant that has a great reputation, great food, and is packed for happy hour and dinner service every night, and yet the Owner herself is personally working the bar, slinging cocktails, and engaging with her customers,...That is an owner who cares!!! Come in for a cocktail, a snack for happy hour, dinner, or use this great place to host a party or cater an event..Either way, you will not be disappointed!! Enjoy!

I ordered a salad too, and it looked carelessly made and the lettuce was just hacked/chopped without any consideration, and it didn't even come with dressing, which is a huge NO-NO in take-out. This time I ordered Pizza w/ meatball and peppers. Half the crust was totally black on the bottom, most people would have thrown it away. I tried (it was our dinner!) but did not enjoy it. I suspect yet another owner change as the crew looked new though VERY friendly and cheerful. Nonna's PLEASE UP YOUR GAME!!
