Great pizza with a crispy crust. Great garlic knots as well. Very good service and pleasant atmosphere.

I usually get a personal pie; they have good ones and bad ones, don't get me wrong, but they can make a good pizza! The cheese is usually pretty light, not too thick; the sauce has a nice taste to it, and the crust adds to a nice bite, just if they did the undercarriage just a slight bit more, and sometimes, but very few if is just way WAY too much cheese, and one time it looked like someone just slapped the cheese on there without even looking. I would give a 5 Stars/Great, but the service is usually fine, but there are sometimes where I have to wait way longer than they say the estimated time for; once, I went almost 2 hours without a pizza. Besides the crust sometimes and the cheese and the long delivery, the actual place is nice, good feel, nice case where you can see all the pies offered, nice soda/drink selection as well, but the parking lot is a bit tight, though. Ate there once, and my food was pretty quick and VERY fresh. Nice spot! I would recommend it if you are looking for a nice slice in the area and if you are visiting. Also, when I go down to the Bronx for Yankee games, we always stop and grab a slice or 2 for the road from Slice.

We were seated immediately and our server Alex was pleasant and attentive. We had two cocktails that were exceptionally prepared. The calamari was cooked to perfection and was the lasagna, veal and ravioli bolognese. We finished off our meals with cappuccinos that capped a dinner worth posting about. As busy as the place was, the staff did not rush us in any way making for a completely enjoyable experience.

This place has always been reliable, and our most recent visit reinforced why we keep coming back. We were here on a Friday night to celebrate a retirement with a group of around 30 people, and it was such a lovely evening. We were seated in the side room (I believe it's called the Arthur Avenue space), which felt like a cozy wine cellar -- intimate, warm, and perfect for a larger celebration. The food was served family-style, which I personally love, and everything was delicious. Some standout dishes were the Chicken Capricciosa -- an absolute crowd favorite and something I'd come back for alone -- as well as the penne vodka, shrimp Francese, and pizza. All were excellent. Service was very good and attentive throughout the night -- drinks were always full, and they brought out plenty of food whenever we needed more. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for group dinners and celebrations, offering great food, warm service, and a very reasonable price point. Always a great experience.
