Personally, I've become less inclined to tip in situations where customers are doing most of the work. That said, the food was excellent. On the minus side, the "back bar" area had limited seating (it was quite crowded). Service was OK. You must order first and pre-pay at the front (giving your name and seating location), then wait for the staff to bring your pizza and salad to you. Be sure to pack your patience - it can take a while for the food to arrive if it's crowded!
