This new addition to Linwood offers wood fired 13 Inch pizzas and is located adjacent to the Alpine ropes course on Main St. My sausage, mushroom and onion pizza was very good. We also ordered an arugula salad which was huge(glad we split it). My wife got a Mediterranean pizza which she enjoyed. Nice wood ambience, perfect for families; captures feeling of ropes course with nice beer offerings however, the Shillings offerings were not available. Our waitress was pleasant but somewhat incompetent; more training necessary. I had to constantly go to the bar to find competent staff. Next time, we park ourselves at the bar. 4.5 stars- good help is hard to find in the Linwood area but the pizza was very good. read more

What a gem! We came on a super busy night for this location but the team was incredibly kind and attentive the entire time. The garlic knots and meatball appetizers were super yummy, and pizzas were excellent too. The zipline pizza in particular was super unique and delish! This place just took pizza in Linwood to the next level!!! This is without a doubt the best pizza in town. Their Neapolitan pizza is incredible. They make their dough in-house and have an incredible oven to cook it. The restaurant inside has a good vibe. Staff are welcoming and friendly. They have several beers on tap. Really good pizza! A nice balance of quality and comfortable. We sat at the bar and had pizza and a beer. Each pizza is plenty for one person, 8 slices. It's coal fired so it has a nice flavor, is not greasy and the toppings are great. We had the Lu'au and Elot Chicken and they were both delicious, but even not being a chicken fan my favorite was the elot. It wasn't freezing in the place which was welcomed, staff really nice and a pleasant time. Bathroom could use a little upkeep and redo but I would not hesitate to come back or take out just a heads up it's all high tables. Give it a try! read more

We sat indoors at a high-top table, though they also have a cozy outdoor deck with views of the White Mountains--such a nice option for warmer days. While the signature cocktails looked intriguing, we stuck to the local NH draft beer list. I really enjoyed the "Hold My Juice Box," which had a fruity, grapefruit-tinged flavor, and the Tuckerman's Pale Ale had a refreshing citrusy bitterness that hit the spot. We started with the Caesar salad, which was a hit with everyone at the table. The Parmesan was freshly shaved and full of flavor, though the dressing was a bit heavy for my personal taste. Now for the star of the show--wood-fired, handcrafted 12" pizzas. We tried: Cheese Pizza - classic and kid-approved Zipline - a garlic oil base topped with ricotta, mozzarella, and roasted garlic. Creamy, garlicky perfection. Elote Smoked Chicken - SO good! Garlic oil base with mozzarella, cojita cheese, jalapeño, cilantro, smoked chicken, and a chipotle aioli drizzle. Full of bold, smoky, slightly spicy flavor. We had more than enough food and even brought leftovers back to our hotel for a late-night snack. I only wish I remembered to take pictures before we dug in--half-eaten pizza photos don't do it justice! Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the Lincoln area. Alpine Pizza has only been open for a few weeks. I called after seeing them listed in yelp. I called and discovered they only serve 1 size 12" brick oven pizza. The online menu shows specialty pizzas and some 'shareable' items which are more like appetizers. However, I ordered a 'Build Your Own' (BYO) pizza, !$12 base, with adding pepperoni it was $15 (including tax) for take out. I was pleasantly surprised that it met some of my benchmarks for pizza, including: foldable, oily cheese, and tasted great cold. I'm always comparing to NYC style or some of Bostons finest, like Regina's or the North End and/or Revere Beach pizza. I need to recognize the staff who were wonderful and welcoming. I have a walking disability caused by a lung disease, and they offered assistance immediately when I walked thru the door...actually before as I was catching my breath outside on their porch. read more

Maybe it is great for eat in but the take out unfortunately was very underwhelming for the over $100 price for four salads and two orders of garlic knots I expected great food. The chicken was rubbery, pickled onions discolored, and arugula wilted. Two salads inedible and two the lettuce was fine. Size for price was not acceptable. read more
