We have a quiet household and when we went inside the store he got totally overwhelmed with all the stimulation. I get that. The trainer approached me and told me that he would probably do better with individual training sessions. Ok. She saw me struggling to contain him and offered NOTHING but criticism about what I was doing wrong. There is NO way I would ever return. Karen, the trainer, is not someone that I would trust, have confidence in nor want to help me train my dog.
