I am never able to get them all, the groomer accomplished the task with much patience. I also did the "self-serve" bath and had a great experience. The groomer made sure I knew how to work the sprayers and was available to me for anything I needed. I love how all the pups are able to roam safely around without being kenneled! I will definitely be a return customer here. Price was good too. He owner didn't seem to be much of a "people person" but obviously loved animals. To me, I want my puppy's caregivers to be more of "animal person" than a "people person." There were several dogs in the room, the workers were interacting with them wonderfully and comforting the couple that seemed a little scared. Highly recommend them! UPDATE: I have been here several times since this review and have discovered, the older lady I encountered was the owner. Recently there have been new groomers hired and it is now hit or miss as to what experience you get. Examples: one time, I came for a nail trim, which they do walkins and it also says outside walk in nail trims. It was in the middle of the day and the door was locked and then I called the phone since I drive 20mins to get here and the lady said "no you have to come after 3pm" so the next day I go later in the day, around 4 and the owner was there and said there was no reason for the front door to ever be locked and that actually since my dog is over 40lbs she needs to be there BEFORE 3pm when the younger groomers are there and able to lift her on the table. She felt bad for me and did it anyway that day. But the whole thing frustrated me. They need to be more consistent.

Her coat is incredibly uneven - it looks like someone just went in with kitchen scissors. But that isn't the most disappointing part. When I went to pick up my lively, energetic puppy, she was cowering. I brought her home and she was limping with one leg. My pup is never going back here - vet's orders!

When I got home I noticed his ear was injured and called immediately to ask about it. Was told at first they knew nothing about it but was put on hold to check with other staff. They came back on the line and told me that someone did notice the day before I picked him up but thought it was an ear infection. Failing to tell when it was noticed or when I collected him was concerning. Even more concerning is that ear infections are usually on the inside of the ear not the back side protruding inward. Looking further you could tell there were puncture wounds and what looked like bite wounds. I asked if he had been in a fight and they said they were unsure but would make a note to have the owner look at the camera footage and call me back. I have called back several times and every time the person acts surprised and "makes a note" for the owner to call me. It's now been a vet visit, 6 pills a day, several calls some with no answer (during normal business hours), and 6 days later with no response from the owner. I totally understand sometimes things can happen outside of your control, they're animals after all. I just wanted to know what happened and how. Some sort of dialog would have been nice. I have spoke this business up, my mother-in-law started boarding her dogs here cause of me. Needless to say, they lost my business which probably wouldn't have been the case if we had spoken when this happened. Which by the way I found out from another employee happened 4 days before I picked him up. They were aware of another dog having to be broken up and separated from mine for the rest their stay.

However , since I started here it seems they have a turnover in help and now seem to clearly be understaffed. I was told to drop him off at 8:00 am. He was there for over 6 hours before I was called to pick him up. I was very unhappy and told her this was unacceptable. I had told the owner from the beginning I did not want him kept crated more than needed. If they are taking so many dogs that it takes them this long to get them complete, they clearly should be timing the drop offs so they are not having to crate them over this long of a period. I have never had my dogs in groomers more than 3 1/2-4 hours tops! Her answer was that there were only 2 of them working that day. Clearly they had more than they could handle in a timely manner. I would have preferred to be called and told they were shorthanded and I would have gladly rescheduled. Also I tried numerous times to call when time was ticking by, and they had no one to answer the call. Sorry to say, I feel their business practices have much to be worked out. If time is not a problem for you or your pet, then maybe this is the place for you.

When we went to pick her up, our dog was torn between coming home with us and staying to keep on playing! They have a really nice facility, and live on site to maintain constant care over the animals AND the facility. They know what they're talking about, they remember each and every person/dog, and they're accomodating with changes/requests. They also charge reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this to ANYONE looking to board their pups.

When my husband tried to set up an appointment, the person on the phone 1, had an attitude and 2, told us it would be an extra $25 for us to stay there while our dogs were groomed. We tried to explain that one of my dogs is a previous owner surrender and has a fear of abandonment, but they didn't care and weren't hearing us out. If that's their attitude towards my dog's needs, then I don't want to do business with them. I love my dogs too much to force them in a scary situation and just leave. I need someone willing to go out of their way to make sure my dogs needs are met.

The only peeve I have with this store is that my go-to products are usually out of stock :( The type of treats I buy seem to be big sellers, so I'm not sure why they don't keep plenty of stock. However, the staff makes sure to keep me a happy customer and offers me a discount on a similar product. Once, I purchased some dog treats that I didn't realize were already out of date. I returned them and the manager replaced my order AND gave me a discount. On another occasion, they didn't have the grain-free dog food I usually buy in the 50 lb bag, but they had it in 25 lb bags, but at a higher price per bag. They rang up (2) 25lb bags and gave me a major discount for the inconvenience. Not that my dog-ter (dog-daughter) minds any of this :) She's happy with anything I bring home that's edible!

She was scheduled with the groomer, Danielle, who was the rudest human being I have ever met. I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog alone with her, so I walked around the store and watched her groom my dog. When my dog was ready to be picked up, she complained that I watched and said I made my dog more anxious. My dog couldn't see me, as her back was to the wall, and I believe Danielle was mad that I watched because she knew she wasn't doing right by her. She cut my dog's quick and also gave her a rash on her stomach. When I told the store, they gave me a refund, but nobody cared that my dog was harmed, instead, they made excuses. My dog has had her nails trimmed countless times and NEVER has been cut, and they told me this is normal. She also has white nails where you can literally see the quick so there's no excuse. My dog is now limping and has a bright red belly with bumps all over it, so clearly the upgraded package did NOTHING. I will NEVER bring my dog back here and will NEVER shop here again. The staff is completely unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. My dog was treated poorly, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, I was then treated poorly. If you decide to risk bringing your dog here, just make sure Danielle doesn't get a hold of it.
