I appreciate Kiana at A Pretty Dog Clean! I've been using her grooming services for approximately…read more9 months, using both the mobile grooming and the stationary location for full grooms, as well as baths & brushes, for my senior-age Labradoodle. Kiana's calm, gentle approach is exceptional and is helpful for my dog. Lily looks and smells great without any unexpected/drastic changes or overpowering scents. The online scheduling system is user-friendly with helpful reminders, but mobile grooming is limited to Saturdays, which can make booking tricky. Kiana does her best to accommodate, including being willing to use another product when I had requested one time. Her communication about early arrivals or delays is better than most mobile groomers. Pricing is reasonable -- higher than what I paid in the Northeast but more affordable than another local option. However, the 5.75% credit card fee is frustrating, and I'd love modern payment options like Venmo or Apple Pay, as I prefer not to write checks and end up scrambling for the right amount of cash. Overall, Kiana is super sweet & gentle, the grooming quality is very good, and she is accommodating whenever she can be, but Kiana's availability and payment options keep this from being a 5-star experience.

Her coat is incredibly uneven - it looks like someone just went in with kitchen scissors. But that isn't the most disappointing part. When I went to pick up my lively, energetic puppy, she was cowering. I brought her home and she was limping with one leg. My pup is never going back here - vet's orders!

They're always so positive when you walk in and being able to see other animals getting their hair cut right there in the front makes me feel confident in seeing their passion for grooming and their safety procedures! They have several groomers with their site fully updated sharing profiles on each and easy to use/schedule! Karen has done Zoe's hair both times and has done a fabulous job keeping her clean and short! They've been more than willing to use her medicated shampoo as well due to her skin allergies. Zoe has gotten sent home with the cutest seasonal bow collars too! Pictured in today's is a snow man! The last cut she got in October was a fun fall colored one! They're conveniently located off Holden & Spring Garden and have their own parking so easy to get in and out! And their pricing is comparable to past groomers I've used but again their level of care and accommodation is top notch! definitely recommend checking them out!

The groom starts at $65 depending on your service and your cat. WHAT A STEAL. I called on a Monday morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon! They were so helpful in picking a time that was low traffic so my cat wouldn't be overwhelmed and they had the whole process done in two hours. My cat is so clean and her coat is so soft and I'm sure she's feeling great after getting rid of all that undercoat. The office was clean, and you could tell that the ladies in there would love your fur babies like you do. It was so hard dropping her off but Lynn and Christy made it easy. They were very professional, answered my slew of questions and called me promptly when the groom was over. I would recommend them to anyone and can't wait to schedule her next spa day!!
