That being said, when one of our dogs is suffering, we do our best to do what it best for them. We all know that healthy pets start with nutrition. One of our 3 dogs was suffering from allergies. The first time we went into this store, we were overwhelmed and SO appreciative of the help we were given by an employee named Sohm. He took the time to listen to us about each of our pets and their specific issues. He recommended a certain type of dry food that would be helpful to all 3 of our dogs. He listed the ingredients and each of their benefits. Needless to say, my dogs allergies are completely gone and my dogs are thriving on their new food! Thank you to this amazing store and Sohm for all of his help! He was so educated and knowledgeable and we received more help from him about our dogs nutrition than any vet we've ever gone to! He spent a great deal of time with us and because of that, we are loyal customers. He remembers us each time we go in and is sure to say hi to our dogs by giving them treats! I also believe their prices are more than fair due to all of their products being high quality. (You really do get what you pay for!) She doubled down that it was for that but didn't say that. I asked if liver was something that a cat with kidney failure should eat. She continued. Looked up on my phone if liver was appropriate for kidney failure. And of course it was NOT and was contraindicated. When I pointed it out, do you think I got an apology? Hell no. Nothing. Zero. Will go elsewhere to buy very expensive cat and dog food, minerals, toys and everything else.

This "store", more like animal neglect center, doesn't even deserve one star. I care for two…read moreparrots and am well educated on the necessary care for most animals, and not one poor animal there was being taken care of correctly. The guinea pigs and bunnies were in small glass tanks, with no hay or bedding or toys or good food provided. There were 15+ parakeets stuffed in a small cage, all being fed a seed diet. The fish tanks were disgusting and overgrown and the reptile tanks were small and not taken care of. There were two larger parrots kept out of their cages- a macaw and a cockatoo. The macaw was visibly sick, and the cockatoo had plucked most of its feathers- who knows if the story of it being a stressed out rescue is true. In the conditions those birds were living in, I wouldn't be surprised if the cockatoo had plucked its feathers after the owners "rescued" it. They had harmful perches and no enrichment- absolutely no toys. Their cages were way too small for the species, and their enclosure was extremely dusty and messy, obviously not being cleaned regularly. The owner's responses to other bad reviews is pathetic, trying to back up their abuse to avoid trouble. Do not support this business whatsoever.
