I think they have 3-4 chairs, but usually only 1-2 people working when I tend to go in later in the day times, which is nice and quiet. Big windows, a clean space and nice people. With the price that I pay (for myself and both of my daughter's hair), it's simply too much. Appointments take weeks to get with certain individuals. Additionally, while the set up seems like it should work (one person cuts the hair while another colors), it's actually not as seamless as it should feel. Lastly - the parking is pretty miserable too. At this juncture - I won't be back. They have made zero accommodations after each cancellation to try to even rebook my appointment.
