Located on Stevens avenue amongst the village shops, Indulge is tucked away nicely. The display windows are reminiscent of days gone by which adds a nostalgic touch. Making an appointment was easy, contacted via Facebook where their menu of services is located. Made the appointment for a Saturday at 10a. Was able to get parking in front of Ramble coffee house located two store fronts away from Indulge. I've driven by multiple times and have seen the signage which makes it easy to find. Walked in a few minutes early, took my coat off and introduced myself to Jenn who will be my nail person. Another person was there cutting hair as well. This salon has 4 hairstylist stations along on wall and the other side was dedicated to nail fashion. Many and I mean MANY colors and types of colors to choose from. I'm not a fan of gel or any nail treatments that require the baking effect. I was to have regular polish then talked into the next level up for lingerie wear, Dazzle dry. It dries faster and lasts longer, sold! Great up sell! Jenn and I had a nice conversation about the neighborhood and life in general. Gave her some ideas on how to spruce up the display windows. Gave her some ideas on where to get and how to store so decorations can be reused each year. My activity director role coming out lol! After our conversations I learned the Jenn is the owner and has been at this location for 8 years. She's looking to spruce up the place but to do a full renovation is too much to take on at this time. Small improvements at a time. Made some recommendations once I knew she was open to ideas. I enjoyed the time and my nails were done very well. I usually chip within 24 hours, I lasted 26 lol! One nail ain't bad. Next time I will definitely go back to Jenn! Thank you

I had been a regular at a chain facility with a trademark brow wax, but frankly this is better and cheaper! I also have been here for a number of facials and you really get your money's worth. While your face is "setting" a treatment, she will massage your arms, feet and neck/shoulders. I swear it lasts like 2 hours. It's amazing! Nikki is top notch and owns/operates this place solo. She is a busy girl but is always flexible and I never feel rushed. If you are looking to treat yourself, give this place a try!!

Hey guess what I did! I finally got my first facial! For anyone who knows me, they all just…read moremouthed the word "WHAATTT???". During the holiday season I entered a contest for a local spa and won a free facial! With every ounce of anxiety I booked it for a week or so later. Driving there I went through every bad experience I have had with skincare in my life. All of the skincare parties I went to where my skin felt like it was burning off even if the products was deemed "for sensitive skin", played through my head over and over again. After I parked and took a deep breathe I made my way into the building. As I entered the space it was amazing. Not only was it bright and welcoming (and smelled fantastic) but I saw they used CBD skincare products which I have been interested in. I was greeted by Michaela who was beyond welcoming and sweet. I loved her welcoming, loving and laid back attitude. She stared by showing me around the spa. I saw the couples massage room and she showed my their pod. I plan to go back to take full advantage of that amazing machine! Ask for her to explain it to you when you go in! It's amazing! Then we began the facial. She offered for me to lay under covers or over them. It was sooo nice to have the choice. Then I laid down on one of the contest massage tables I've ever been on. I felt like I was floating but being hugged my a cloud at the same time. When the facial started I was amazing at how relaxing it was. Michaela's movements over my face automatically relaxed me. I felt like I could of drifted into a state of euphoria if she just continued to massage my face. She then explained that I won a dermaplane facial. She then took a small razor and took off all the dead skin and hairs from my face. It felt like the lightest scratches and it ticketed in certain spots. After she placed a cbd mask on my face. Although not normal my skin loved it and there wasn't a mask to wash off. I guess it was thirsty and did like cbd products (haha). At the end she handed me a mirror and I felt like she had taken 5-10 years off of my skin as well as brighter my complexion. It was amazing! Needless to say.... she has converted me! As someone with sensitive/dry skin I would recommend this spa over and over again! I will be first in line when she releases her CBD skincare line!!!

I opted for a facial but I don't believe she had any training whatsoever as it was the worst facial of my life. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. She is dishonest and untrained aesthetically. Don't waste your time or money here as there are plenty other real aestheticians nearby.
