Visited this lovely little park in Caughlin Ranch to see a Beatles tribute band on the 2nd day of our beloved Artown. Sometimes I feel like the official spokesperson for Reno in the summer, but it definitely is my most favorite time of year here. Warm summer nights, zephyr winds, music, people smiling and having fun, and oh yes, beer trucks (lol) Everyone was out having a blast as so was I. Us silver foxes were up there doin the boogie. It is a great place for families. Kids were running and dancing having loads of fun while mom and dad could grab a margarita from the margarita truck. Easy access for the Caughlin Ranch residents, across the street from Raleys, off of the McCarran loop from South to North.

Such an excellent park! Absolutely worth the drive for me to take my daughter for some good fun. They have multiple sets of swings for all ages and the kind that you can ride on with your kids which I think is such a great idea. The structures are fairly new and full of vibrant green color. I love that my young daughter can climb all the way to the top and not be afraid of her falling off through an open "hole." There is also a great little zip line, though it doesn't go very fast haha. There is also an adorable little log cabin for the kids to play in and a small ladder inside to climb up and sit. The playground isn't shaded, but the benches around have plenty which is great when you want to sit and take a break to cool off. They have a small pavilion with picnic tables and if you contact the HOA you can rent it for private events. The restrooms are clean, but a little strange in my opinion. There is a large brick wall separating the two toilets in the women's restroom, but there are no doors in front so there is a huge lack of privacy.

This is one of the best parks in Reno. The playground is forest themed and is very unique. There are two very big slides attached to the playground. It's a large playground but I don't think it's too big for toddlers. I saw kids as little as two years old playing on the playground. There are two sets of swings as well as a toddler swing. There is a small log cabin for the kids to play in. There is a metal zip line, which sadly didn't work both times I visited the park. There is a spinning structure which is popular with the kids. There is rubber mulch underneath the playground. This park has its own parking lot. This park has bathrooms. There are plenty of picnic tables throughout the park. There is a covered eating area with 4 picnic tables underneath. There is a paved walkway which spans throughout the park. There are tennis courts at this park. There is a horseshoe pit at this park. The park is clean and well maintained. There are a lot of mature trees which adds to the beauty of this park. Have fun out there. -Dadzone

This park was recently updated and a favorite of ours to frequent. The play equipment is creative, adaptive, and still in great shape. Our family also loves the walking trails and big grass fields to run around in. The best part is the giant kid zip line which appears to be fun for all ages, and this spinning orb which appears to be a safe-ish merry go round. Definitely don't skip this park!

This is a nice park. They have 3 play structures, swings and a little playhouse for the little ones. They also have a field, tennis courts, a bathroom and some trails. Nice park, right next to the elementary school.

Great concert series sponsored by Caughlin Ranch HOA during July. Grab your friends, a picnic, a bottle of wine n come on down!

Super fun but not friendly for all ages. Make sure kiddos are comfortable on their own as parts can be tricky for adults to navigate.

We used to bring my kiddos to this park a when they were little. There's a good amount of shade, ample parking, There are restroom facilities with bright night lighting. A large stretch of grass and even a walking trail makes for some good stroller cruisin'! I'd say a highlight to this park is the awesome view and location. We paid $250 for the rental through the city of Reno. Just so you know, the power outlets DO NOT WORK. We used our vehicles for power outlets ;)
