Best market around. Been here twice. This place is a hidden gem. Huge selection of craft beers, wine, and alcohol. Their beer cave is fully stocked with many great beers from local breweries and breweries from all over California. Sam is very helpful and knowledgeable. Love chatting with him. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you!

Fuckers sold me a 1.5 year old beer!

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! I was poised to give these guys 5 stars for the massive beer selection, until I popped open this Clown Shoes Galactica IPA. Tasted terrible, and I was shocked because Clown Shoes is the bomb. Lo and behold I was drinking on 11/13/15 a beer brewed on 3/17/2014!!! I wonder how these motherfuckers would feel if I sold them grossly expired food? They are also busting heads, $15 for a 6 of Bell's Two Hearted. Shame on you guys!

todays date is 4/27/22 the canned date of this beer was 6/28/21 wtf? this was a hazy ipa soooooo

i have been wanting to go here for a few months and finally got to go and buy some beer. i walked into the beer cave and was impressed with the selection. i unfortunately grabbed a 4 pack that had a canned date of last june, the beer didn't taste very good and was blah probably cause it's almost a year old. tough to pay $20 a four pack for beer that's isn't fresh. don't know if i will go back....

Best craft beer selection in Camarillo...plus they have a cold beer cave! I'm stoked they carry all 3 Einstok Icelandic beers and 4 blocks from my bros house when I'm in town!

Back Patio Cellars feels like you've just meandered into Frank & Jen's backyard, and they invite you to stay awhile to try some cider/wine. This is definitely their passion project, and it shows in how they talk about their ciders/wine and enjoy sharing with people. It's located in a business park where they have what seems like a traditional tasting room with a few tables, a "living room" with comfortable seats and a couch surrounded by their barrels, and a "patio" outside with covered seating. We opted for a cider tasting, and as someone who was a little wary, because I don't have much of a sweet tooth, I was so excited to hear that their style is on the drier side. These hard ciders are dangerously good... refreshing, delicately flavored, and you wouldn't even know that they're packed with a high ABV. We tried the Apple, Black Berry Pie, Golden Kiwi, Guava, Blood Orange, and Key Lime. My favorite was the guava and my SO's was the Black Berry Pie. These are perfect for warm weather, and you can even take cans or growlers to go! As for food, there are some snacks available for purchase, and folks are welcome to bring their own snacks (uh, charcuterie plate, anyone?) except when there's a food truck. Jen mentioned that they don't have a cider club just yet, but they do have a wine club. We're definitely planning on coming back for a wine tasting very soon, see ya there!

My friend and I opted to sit inside at their high top table which was a nice way to scope out the restaurant. I love that everything here is customizable! You can create your own custom charcuterie board with all your favorite pairings, then explore their impressive menu of fresh salads, melty paninis, and shareable appetizers made for lingering conversations. We shared the custom charcuterie board and avocado crostini's. Both were delicious and perfect for sharing. As for the drinks, whether you're a fan of sipping wine by the glass or sharing a bottle, they have an impressive list of local and foreign wines to pick from. Also, for those of you that aren't huge wine drinkers, I was also impressed to learn that they always have at least 10 beers rotating here. We started with Chardonnay and Moscato and ended with some Southern California beers, we agreed their selection was great. As for the staff, everyone was super welcoming and attentive! We came on a busy weekday night as they had a wine tasting event going on yet the staff still managed to get everyone served promptly and drinks were always refilled. Definitely a place where you initially come for the wine, but stay for the vibes. I'd say overall this spot truly is a 10/10 - 5 stars. The food was delicious, great menu, nice staff and a good selection of wines. I'd even come back for lunch just to grab a panini and to sit on their patio. If I had to give one critique, I would say that the spot is just a little pricey. So this wouldn't be a regular stop per se, but I loved it so much that I honestly will be back soon and keep it in mind for a special girls night, etc. Also in fairness there is a way to come here and have it be cheaper, maybe just one glass of wine and a sandwich or app but we all know I go big lol. Great spot, will be back.

She said well she can't be in here you can sit on the patio. Understandable. But the initial way we were welcomed after regularly spending our money here is mind blowing. I regularly recommend them for charcuterie. I definitely no longer will. After reading any of the 1 star reviews I see I'm not the only one who felt this way.

It was actually bad, the crust kinda reminded me of when the kids were little and we took them to Chuck E Cheese. Regardless, the beer was good and even though it was packed Saturday night, we didn't have any issues finding a table.
