Be carful when they ring you up, they charge you for a bag. You can see we paid cash and received change at the bottom right

This was about the 4th time I have been here. This time we bought some beer and when we went up to the cashier we did not think any thing of it we were rang up and given our change out receipt and grabbed our purchase when we were driving off we looked at our receipt we had been charged for a bag and an atm fee. We did not use a bag or an atm on our purchase. I can only think that I was over charged every time I went in there and every other customer is getting over charged. This is not right I will not be retiring to this place. Be careful going in here and being i we charged.

So. Many. Options. Especially of Yerba mate and yachak brands! So excited to try this different passion fruit flavor they had!

If you're looking for some quick and cheap liquid courage before you and your hommies decide to recreate a scene from Boyz in da Hood by popping a cap in some poor bastard all because he stared too long at your girlfriend while at the park in the Colonia, then stick to the nearest 7-11 and the special on Pabst Blue Ribbon. On the other hand, if you've been bemoaning the fact that the great minds at BevMo refuse to open a location in Ventura county outside of the Conejo and Simi valleys, then the Liquor Cellar is your answer. Plus, by shopping at a store where the employees don't wear nametags and uniforms, you'll increase your street cred amongst your snootier friends who call themselves "connoisseurs" of alcohol. More than half of the store floor space is occupied by a decent selection of wines and champagne. While I didn't get a chance to peruse the numerous hard liquors along the wall behind the counter, I could see they at least had a couple of the harder to find Tequilas. For a liquor store, I was really impressed with their selection of beer (foreign and domestic): local micro brews I hadn't heard of, a number of different German brews, and they even had Chimay Cinq Tripel!!! So if you're looking for something that Vons and Ralphs don't have and you don't feel like driving out to the valley, then check out the Liquor Cellar...just don't expect their prices to be the lowest.

The meat I received the last two times turned out to smell and taste really bad once I cooked it. After the first bad experience, I took the cooked meat back to the butcher and explained the situation to him. He told me that I shouldn't have cooked the meat and he didn't want to take it back or fix the situation but how was I supposed to know the meat wasn't good before it was cooked? I stopped by again yesterday to buy seasoned pastor for tacos in hopes that it was just a bad batch the last time I came. It turned out to be the same situation. The meat smelled and tasted really bad. When I called my son down for dinner, he tried a piece of meat and asked me how long ago I had bought it without me saying anything. It had a sour taste and filled the house with a bad smell and we didn't eat it. I called Red Barn to tell them once again and the worker I spoke to said I wasn't the first person to call with the same complaints. I don't understand how they are fine with selling expired meats to their customers despite them complaining. DON'T BUY MEAT HERE AND PUT YOUR HEALTH AT RISK. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!
