Always nice, calls me by name (and my dog Cookie) The store is the most amazing liquor store I think I've ever seen. They have an outrageous selection of alcohol ...I didn't really drink much before covid-19 but for some reason I took to having a drink with dinner now. I saw a bottle on the top shelf with a rather high price tag... (over $1k) and asked about it...and he gave me the story. Only thing is, if you need something other than alcohol or drinks, they probably won't have it. (no ant bait traps) ...so they are pretty much strictly a liquor store...but that's ok, cause that's what they are. Next time I'll add a photo...didn't think of it today.

He was able to show me a variety of types of tequilas at different price points. He was patient, he knew aesthetics were also a consideration since it was a gift, and he took his time so I didn't feel rushed. I just wished I hadn't been on my lunch hour so I would have been able to spend more time learning about tequila. I will be back!

The meat I received the last two times turned out to smell and taste really bad once I cooked it. After the first bad experience, I took the cooked meat back to the butcher and explained the situation to him. He told me that I shouldn't have cooked the meat and he didn't want to take it back or fix the situation but how was I supposed to know the meat wasn't good before it was cooked? I stopped by again yesterday to buy seasoned pastor for tacos in hopes that it was just a bad batch the last time I came. It turned out to be the same situation. The meat smelled and tasted really bad. When I called my son down for dinner, he tried a piece of meat and asked me how long ago I had bought it without me saying anything. It had a sour taste and filled the house with a bad smell and we didn't eat it. I called Red Barn to tell them once again and the worker I spoke to said I wasn't the first person to call with the same complaints. I don't understand how they are fine with selling expired meats to their customers despite them complaining. DON'T BUY MEAT HERE AND PUT YOUR HEALTH AT RISK. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!
