After having breakfast at the café I had some extra time so I decided to walk around a little bit. And came across this shop. This is a definite place you want to see when you visit La Villita. So many cute, cool, unique things to see. Jewelry, clothing, all kinds of accessories it's overwhelming. I personally love to get handmade earrings so I found this pair and they were so reasonably priced. You definitely want to check out this store! read more

Great friendly service, I asked for opinions and got good ones. Left with a gorgeous flouncy yellow top. Was offered Mimosas or margaritas but alas alack we had much to do that day. The stores is full of a great selection of clothes and accessories and I defy you not to find something. Prices were good and I felt I left with something I really wanted that looked great and was a fair price. read more

There's two locations, this one in the La Villita area and one in the Hyatt Regency on the river walk. This location has more to offer. I found lots of jewelry that I coveted and a few scarves. Really cool bags and other accessories as well. (The owners also maintain B&C Designs just a few steps away. If you visit that store, you might get a 10% coupon for the Riverwalk Villa Tesoros.) Know that both locations don't offer exactly the same merch. I wanted to pick up a scarf that I had seen at the La Villita shop but sought it out at the Riverwalk. No such luck. Villa Tesoros 1-6-18 We happened to be in La Villita today for the Coffee Festival (separate review) and were browsing among the lovely shops. While visiting B & C Leather Designs (another lovely shop), the owners Bobby and Claudia mentioned their main location down the path which had more of clothing and ladies wear selections so we went to check it out. They have absolutely beautiful displays of women's clothing and accessories. The tunics in various colors are buttery soft material that can be worn with just about anything to any event. My cousin Anna R. purchased one of them and walked out with it on because it was just so comfortable. They are short or long sleeved in a variety of colors. Some even have POCKETS! A detail I personally get excited about. Do you like scarves? Well if you are like my cousin and I, this is the place to find something unique. There are all kinds with different patterns, and colors, beautifully displayed with the clothing to give you an idea of how to accessorize with them. This location also offers accessories, bags, leggings, and so many other little details I tried to capture in some of the photos. Villa Tesoros is one of the newer boutiques within the La Villita Historic Arts Village. It is decorated in a shabby shic motif. It has a wide range of women's clothing and accessories. They have a varying selection of clothing, leather goods, purses, jewelry, and gift items. They also had a small section of children's clothing. Keep in mind that I'm a man who would much rather be at a hardware store so I'm running out of words to describe this place. However, my wife dragged me in here before we vacated the area. In her opinion, she thought many of the items were slightly over-priced so she did not buy anything (I love her!!!!). I hope this helps...or at least makes you laugh. read more

I went today and was asked strange questions by the greeter of the store who followed me around the store. She offered something to drink to another customer but not to all. When my husband came later looking for me as I had told him, the lady said look only two people here... My sisters and I came here after perusing the shops at La Villata. The staff was super friendly and informative. We came here and back to back days and purchased some fun items to bring back home. They have some really beautiful high-quality items there. Can't wait to check things out here next time I'm back in San Antonio. read more

Lucky to find this wonderful gem, a women's boutique in The La Vallita shopping area this weekend! Owners and staff so welcoming & warm, great selection, unique styles and very good prices for the quality. Don't buy the canvas bags made from army material. The snap breaks after a few months of normal use. I was visiting San Antonio and purchased it then. The company was going to send me a new one but wanted the old one back. I was more than willing to send it back to them but they were making me pay the shipping for the defective purse. The purse initially cost $80. I wasn't willing to pay another $15 to send it to them. Moral of the story - don't buy expensive accessories on vacation from small companies. I thought it was cool to support the idea of repurposing the army material. Wish I would have saved the money and supported a local artist instead. read more
