    Great dessert selection!

Excellent food! New Owners & New mgmt as of summer 2024 - so good! Group of friends went and all were very impressed. Newspaper did a nice article on all of the changes and new owners. They bring out fresh bread - salads are extra, wish the Caesar salad had more to it. My only dissatisfaction was the salad was very small and basic for the price. But food was excellent!

I've been here several times before and the food is always great. This was my first time sitting outside; the setup is really nice. Service was a little slow but the restaurant was quite busy for a Wednesday night. It took us a while to get our food but the salad and bread kept us over.

New owner, new menu. Great staff. Nice festive atmosphere. Nice wine list. Thankfully 1fully dairy free entree for my son. All three of us enjoyed our meal. Ended with a nice piece of carrot cake-big enough to share. Portion's generous, food hot and tasty. We will be back.

This is such a quaint place with an intimate feel. My server was great and she clearly knew what she was doing. Interacting and joking with guests that engaged with her but could clearly see that I wasn't looking to chat much and only visited as much as she needed to. The outside dining area looked great even though it was January and snowy. Hands down I'll be back next time I'm in town. Not to mention the amazing food. Everything was absolutely delicious. I got the yellow Roma to roasted bruschetta and it was probably one of the best things I've eaten in a while.

Food is great but the acoustics are bad! Very noisy and hard to understand a conversation with your table.

My hubby's favorite place. Dinner is good, many choices. Don't like their lunch, inexpensive though.

Despite its…read morepopularity and the amount of people that arrived when they opened at 4pm, the servers handled it well. The atmosphere is great with a large variety of choices to pick from. I got the salmon Alfredo and my friend got the Fettucini Bologonese. There was a little blip as my Alfredo came out with shrimp instead of the salmon I ordered but it was rectified quite easily. We picked our food from a tablet that showed pictures and prices. The salad with cranberries.walnuts and gorgonozola cheese was very good. We were both pleased and were so hungry that I didn't take pictures. We had left early in the morning due to the weather to attend our early afternoon show. The sangria was also very good and I liked how it came in ready to pour individual bottles. We were offered a shot of lemon cello for the road but had to decline due to the 2 1/2 hour ride home. It was a good thing also as we had a few slick spots on the freeway on the way home. Thanks Gratzi for the wonderful dinner and in a rare case there was absolutely no leftovers.

I chose Gratzi for the…read moredinner because it's one of the few premier restaurants in small town Midland as far as ambience and selection. The interior of the restaurant is nice and suitable for a date night, special occasion, or work event. This time I had the Parmigiano di Coregone. I appreciated the crust on the whitefish filet, but the flavor was underwhelming. It needed extra seasoning (salt and pepper) to bring it up to par with the lemon-caper butter. The Costolette Brasate was too cheesy to the point where it consumed the taste of the slow roasted beef short rib. The calamari was the highlight of the night. Cocktails selection was good, with average strength. Service was a bit slow and I didn't expect that for a party of 10 on a Monday night. Overall 6/10.

Brinstar is one of those places you walk into and immediately think, "yeah...I'm coming back."…read more If you're into retro vibes, this spot nails it. They've got a great mix of pinball machines, old-school arcade classics, and some newer games, so it doesn't feel like a museum, it actually feels alive. You can bounce between games, grab a drink, and just hang out without it feeling forced. What really surprised me though was the food. I expected typical bar food, but they go way beyond that. The brunch is legit, and the menu has some creative dishes that actually feel thought out, not just thrown together. It's the kind of place where you come for the games and end up staying for the food. The staff are super friendly and bring a fun energy without being over the top. It also strikes a nice balance crowd-wise. During the day, it's totally a spot you could bring your kids and let them have a blast, and later on it shifts into more of a social hangout where you can meet locals and vibe. Overall, it's just a really well done arcade bar that doesn't try too hard but still delivers on everything. Definitely worth checking out.

The fries were…read moreamazing and I love that they gave two different sizes baskets for it, one to hold the fries and another for ketchup. The Philly cheese steak however was disappointing. The meat was over cooked and dried. They placed onions and cheese on top. Maybe it's a personal preference but I like the cheese and vegetables mixed in with the meat. The bread was basic. I used a lot of ketchup so it would not taste/feel too dry while I was eating it. I did try one of their drinks and the Michigan Mule was very weak and flat, had ginger ale, to me. This is an arcade bar and had a lot of pinball machines. But it wasn't overbearing loud. There's cute gaming decor all around and the hallway to the bathroom is interesting to look at. They were full of drawing and random statements from previous customers. There were some children running around so def a place for all ages. I think this place is more about the pinball machines than the food. Haha. The waiter did a great job balancing our side of the building with huge parties. There is free parking out front.
