The day of the wedding she was the best ever. I was not running around like a chicken with my head cut off because I knew Prisca would be there to take move things along smoothly. She let me know when the limo arrived, when the photographer wanted us and more. Prisca was on top of things and it was nice to have a load off my shoulders during my wedding so I can enjoy my day. Both were pleasant to work with on the day of as our guests loved their demeanor throughout the event. She took the time to actually get to know us. She really listened. She was willing to meet with us and our family at our venue multiple times and I witnessed her keeping notes. She is very strong and in control of and all situations but her personality is also very fun, friendly, down to earth, and easy to get along with. In the months before our wedding, Sarah promptly responded to our questions, offered helpful suggestions and recommendations, shared insights and ideas based on her extensive experience, and provided us all so much confidence. She also met my mother in law, grandma and aunties before the wedding (since we used a family property venue) and they all also instantly loved her. Sarah asked questions and organized details that we hadn't even considered, created a comprehensive wedding day timeline, coordinated the wedding rehearsal, and reached out to all the vendors (musicians, synchronized swim coach, DJ, caterers) and made sure everything and everyone was on track. She even tried to help locate my husband's printed wedding vows which he managed to misplace the day of the event...as well as a thousand other things I likely do not even know about. We planned an entirely outdoor wedding, and when the day arrived, there was a fluke summer thunderstorm with strong rain for nearly an hour. Sarah immediately located a nearby back-up venue for us that was available on the DAY OF, plus she protected all our outdoor decorations from getting ruined in the rain. Thankfully the rain stopped, and she still executed the decorations by finding the perfect place for my numerous items of decor, kept everyone on track with the timeline, and helped everyone feel calm. She also mailed our marriage license for us the following week via certified mail and we just received the official license this week right on time. We were hesitant to hire a coordinator but looking back it was the best decision we made. We hired Wilmarose for the month prior to our wedding. My only regret it not finding her earlier and hiring her day one of wedding planning. She is truly phenomenal. I showed her all my random pintrest pictures and she made it all work together in a fabulous cohesive theme. I love her style and found it very easy to trust her. I had no qualms about sending her to the florist for the final mockup when I had to work. We had just moved into a new home and our wedding budget for coordinators was tight however she graciously accepted what we had to offer. She even helped save us lots of money by negotiating with our venue over a miscommunication about the food and convincing us to do a consumption bar over open bar. She responds to emails/texts at lightening speed. I don't think this woman sleeps. The weekend of the wedding was stress-free thanks to Wilmarose and her team. They were so attentive I felt like royalty. She is extremely detail oriented and reviewed the multiple vendor contracts and several days prior to the wedding went back through the 50+ emails I sent her to make sure she didn't miss anything! From our first consultation, they made me feel so comfortable and assured me, that I was in good hands. They knocked everything out of the ball park. I hired them for the day of coordination. The coordinators at our venue site, were coordinators from hell. I was so glad these ladies were there for rehearsal and for set up. They troubleshoot all problems and would only bother me if a decision needed to be made by the bride and groom. I didn't even know the things that went behind the curtains, but from family and friends that assisted us with set up. These girls made miracles happen. We had some issues with the set up at the venue site, and most of the problem came from the venue not being ready for the set up. These ladies, told me to go inside and not to worry about anything. They will take care of it. At this point we were an hour behind schedule due to the venue not having the space set up as agreed upon. They somehow magically had all set up done, with an extra 10 minutes to spare for me to take a look. There was a slight delay in the reception due to guests arriving late (go figure). They adjusted everything accordingly and reassured me to not stress out about it. The entire time, as they were setting up and troubleshooting, they constantly checked in on me and the groom. Making sure we were resting, eating, and drinking fluid. Once the dinner started, they ran everything flawlessly. I come from an Asian family, and I know my family is a tough cookie. The girls were actually able to handle my family, and make sure reception ran smoothly. It was so important to me to have Chinese speaking coordinators, because of the language barrier with family in case there was a problem. The girls handled it without a problem. Even till the end, which I'm sure they were beaten to the bone. They were professional and did everything with a smile. Their customer service and warm personality is what really made me choose them. I would not go with another set of coordinators, even if someone was to have paid me to. These girls are so knowledgeable and understand the ins and outs of a wedding. I knew I was in safe hands with my wedding. Don't look further, because you won't find another team that are more willing and capable of making your big day happen than Pink Martini Events.

We were looking for a day-of coordinator to help with our ceremony (including rehearsal), running the ceremony music and reception as well as setup for party size of 150 at DoubleTree in Monrovia. Because we were budget conscious, we didn't think we needed help and were planning on delegating duties to our friends (which in hindsight, probably would not had been a great idea). Found Pink Martini through word-of-mouth. Met with Grace for a 1 hr consultation at our house with what we envisioned for our wedding. She was detail, flexible, organized, easy to talk to and provided recommendations to us without feeling forced. We also needed help looking for a non-denominational Wedding Officiant and Grace and team (Rebecca & Jennifer) delivered! After our consultation, majority of our communication occurred via email and sometime FaceTime. We greatly appreciated the flexible schedule as both my Husband & I often times get off work late. On the day-of, Grace, Rebecca & Jennifer arrived promptly and naturally jumped into their roles. All the set-up was completed beautifully and the way we had expected. The communications between them & our Catering Director, Banquet Manager, 2 Photographers and Emcee/DJ were seamless. We (and our guests) were happy how everything was so organized and completed with professionalism. Speaking of professionalism, during the early part of the reception, we were approached by Grace informing us of a couple who potentially were wedding crashers as their names were not on the list! Thought these only occur in movies! In any case, the entire incident could have caused a huge scene but everything was handled smoothly with DoubleTree's security team. The entire day went by so quickly and smoothly. This was definitely all due in part to the organization and help of the entire Pink Martini team! She has the experience, professionalism, organization, and skills to GET THINGS DONE. She once told us something along the lines of how she is a self-proclaimed theatre nerd so running a production is in her blood- this is no lie!! Once she became involved in our planning, everything became 10000x easier. She knows all the answers to the questions we never even would have thought to ask, and also knows what questions to ask who to make sure everything comes together just right for the big day. She also knows everyone, so all of our vendors were that much easier to work with. Our actual wedding day could not have gone smoother, she runs a tight timeline and the train never once went off the tracks! Even my Dad said that it was the best wedding he had ever been to because there was literally not one moment of sitting around waiting for the next thing to happen. Seriously, there was not one hiccup (that we know of, if there was she is that good that we never found out). Even our friends and family that were part of the ceremony commented to us how amazing Renee was! She made sure we actually got to ENJOY our day, and not stress or worry about any minutia whatsoever. I literally walked off the aisle after the ceremony to be greeted by Renee holding a huge cotton candy from our vendor on our way to our private area where we had appetizers, water, and drinks waiting for us.
