The noodles were perfectly cooked. The beef brisket was SO tender and tasty. We devoured every last drop. The Mai Thi banh mi was also good! The bun was soft and the meat was very well-seasoned. I do wish the sauce didn't overpower the rest of the filling though -- instead I wish that the pickled veg and herbs were a little more prominent. The service was also fantastic -- our server was very friendly and attentive, and our food came out extremely quickly.
